ok now there is a system. 9 owners each with a kyubi tail and a team. the team wiil have 2 mods and one member. like this:

now mods can only bann there students if the students sensei in not there owners can bann anyone. these r the ranks of owners that r filled:

9 tail: wow-kun (kakashi9694)
8 tail: pikachamp85
7 tail: tobi (the_punisher__)
6 tail: Ikilufast
5 tail: pein_uzumaki(fialaflakes)
4 tail: open
3 tail: open
2 tail: open
1 tail: open

now don't get ur hopes up cause there r open spots.
now there r 18 ranks of mod I don't know how many we have so again don't get ur hopes up.

once we have more members we will replace mods and members with best choice. U have 2 b good 2 get in a team/squad. these r the new rulez
