I passed out candy. Very exciting.
Then again, I made the best of it in my own little way.
~Anyone over 12 that had a costume that was obviously made on the walk over to my house ("lol I forgot mine" "hah, I don't have a bag man..."(upside-down skateboard), highschoolers who just showed up with a walmart bag and nothing else) =
LAX Stick to the leg.
~Parents carrying a knocked out 2 year old child in a stroller at 11PM insisting that the child "still wants more" = Verbal rape (I live on the corner of my street, and I could literally see people from all 4 blocks around me just stop and stare. At first the reaction was nasty to say the least, but eventually they started cheering me on, and I could tell another one was showing up because the whole neighborhood suddenly started coming out of the woodwork.)
~For some reason, the ones that pissed me off the most were the people who would spend a minute trying to get settled back in a minivan, drive 15 feet, and then unload like 7 kids, when it could've literally took like 10 seconds to walk. (I guess that's just the meta-gamer in me, it's so damn inefficient) = If I knew it was going to be a big group, I would call down whoever came before them (or in one case, just told my little brother to get outside and stand infront of me), and then I would give the group before them giant ass fucking handfuls each, and then when the group would walk up, I'd give them all 1 piece of gum each.
Another group that pissed me off were the people who started at like 4-5PM, I understand it's the weekend, and the whole day you're basically waiting to start, but holy shit, what happened to starting at dawn?
On the plus side, I got a bit of much needed LAX practice in on downtime, and got to watch UT win on a mini-TV.
