Lucien is giving a talk on Sunday 24th June 2012 at the Montefiore Hall in the Spanish and Portuguese Jews Congregation. Maida Vale London. His father was born in Aleppo and his mother in Cairo (she was a Farhi). Some Jews from Syria emigrated to Egypt as did my grandfather whose name was Maurice Hamaoui. Lucien has completed his family tree which can be found on this genealogy site.
