Feebas: The Confusing Fish
Feebas is a bit special. It evolves into Milotic and is a bit special to find. Locating Feebas Feebas is on Route 119... But it's not that simple. Feebas appears can be found on any water in Route 119 with any rod, except for the fact that only SIX of these water tiles/squares. This is what makes Feebas so hard to find. On it's actual tiles, it has a 60-80% encounter rate and is from L20-25, no matter which rod. I suggest you use the Old Rod so it's only Magikarp, Tentacool and Feebas itself appearing. Evolving Feebas To evolve Feebas is a new unique way. Unlike the normal way of leveling, stones, trading, Feebas requies you to max out it's beauty stat using Pokeblocks. Blue and Indigo ones are the main choice. Cornn and Pamtre berries are good for making Pokeblocks with. They MUST be Dry and raise beauty or it won't work. Preffered Natures are Modest, Quiet, Rash and Timid. Go through all these steps and you have a beautiful Milotic. |

correction because I don't like stuff being wrong
it can be found anywhere on route 119 and the phrase doesn't determine the position it is just every time you change the phrase it will reset the spots |
