Where is the Chao in Sunset Hill? Act 2. I found the one on the square thingy with a platform and one near the bumper.

With Sonic as your partner, when you get the straight and tall wall that is too high to run, use team action and you can go up. I recommend you use Tails or Cream. When you find a red switch, fly up and you'll find a Chao.
