Why, thank you B)

People probably wonder who I am, so I'll write a little more when I'm not mid-way through a thrilling French essay :)

Who is Mayor of HDIF? I would suggest some sort of beauty pagent (Mr & Mrs HDIF 2004), but I think the only bit we'd be able to get right would be the pagent element.

hmm, good question. who'd look good in robes and gold chains...?

BSE - November 28, 2004 01:06 PM (GMT)
If it's denim robes, then i'm in!

It's taken me a-a-a-a-ages to reply to this post, sorry! But I've been tied down (ooh err) with lots of other things, not least a threat of being thrown out of college if I don't complete a gargantuan mountain of essays on such thrilling topics as "Liberal social reforms 1905" (or something.)

I'm chio and I'm probably one of the few members here who's not from London! That's right, I hail from Congleton, a small town no-one's ever heard of, and no-one really wants to: the nearest place of any substance is Crewe, the railway station that you really don't want to miss your connection at!

I travel down to my spiritual home in London when time, work and money permits, dance around a lot, before making the hungover trip back up to Cheshire and relative normality. The last one at the Canterbury Arms was my first ever HDIF, and I've never actually been to a club before where I've loved every tune that came on! :o

Anyway - most people probably didn't see me because I'm as shy as anything, but if anyone sees someone with really really dodgy longish hair looking vaguely lost at a future event, say hi because it'll be me ;)

"chio" /
Andy

PS. I can be found rambling most days on http://freethelove.typepad.com/ - a shameless plug

I have! I've been through it on the train, and there was a fairly well known murder there in the 80s. (Well known because it's not considered a particularly safe conviction, not because it ranks in some sort of murder fans top 10 or anything).

You can't come through Congleton on the train, by virtue of the station being randomly located in a field somewhere just outside town :D
