Anyone go to the gig at Cadogan Hall last night?
Thought he was fantastic. The first couple of songs i thought he was struggling with the size of the room but he really hit his stride and by the end he was just loving it. |

I was there and also thought the first couple of songs were not up to usual Roddy standard but then he seemed to get into it and was just amazing. We were really near the front and even being able to see him play at close hand I still don't believe there's not some other guitarist just out of sight - it seems impossible that one man can produce that sound. Never understood why Roddy isn't hailed in all quarters as one of the best guitarists of all time.

We were in the gallery to the side of the stage, it was brilliant.
Wasn't so sure about his choice of support. Not sure what that says about his taste in music |
