Hello! I really like this site, I am adding it to my favourites...
I live in Barcelona, not for very long ago, but I would add at least one record store: CD-drome. The address: valdonzella, 3. http://www.cddrome.com
It is small, but very well furnished with indie and electronica. They have just opened a new shop in Madrid... I used to live there (7 great years) and I think you should also add Madrid to your list of cities...
Cheers
Bárbara

thanks barbara!

how about writing the guide to madrid for us? you can write it in spanish and i'll translate it to english if that's easier for you. that's what happened with the valencia and buenos aires guides.

It's in the guide already, but can I add my endorsement for the Manchester Bar? (http://www.manchesterbar.com/) It's tremendous, and you can get tiddly on Voll Damm too. Was over for Primavera Sound a few weeks back and had the time of my life.

We went there (stumbled on it by accident) but it was closed sad.gif

I LOVE Barcelona... It is now my favourite place ever....

Really loved the sharky graffiti all over the place... Me and the missus went on a Sharky graffiti spotting day.... There is loads of it, and it is really cheeky and cheerful... Why isn't all graffiti like this?

Bar Manchester is just out of shot on the left...

This is the PEZ website for sharky graffiti goodness....

Ah, I love that graffiti.

Exciting Primavera Sound news - 1) All Tomorrow's Parties will run a stage next year.

2) There's a mini-Primavera Sound thing happening in December... http://www.primaveraclub.com/

Wow, that December thing looks fantastic. If I can find my pass from June I might consider going...

We found a bar... It not only played Tindersticks all night but we were given free bowls of popcorn with our drinks. smile.gif

I made a point of remembering the name of it, but I've forgotten.

Luckily I kept a matchbox smile.gif

borneo www.barborneo.com

Carrer del Rec 49, 08003 BARCELONA

Also they sell Moritz which is a far better drink than Estrella Damm (possibly not as nice as Estrella Bock, but I know which I'd rather drink all night), and has a fantastic label.

Of course this was the last bar we stumbled into after 4 long days of loking for places that weren't Oirish or the absinth bar.

Ah, that's where the matchbox went, I remember picking one up.
