Long-time lurker, first time poster!
For my group's Dark Heresy campaign, set on the arid world of Daphnia, I've taken it upon myself to knock a few environment designs out to help visualise some of the areas the acolytes move about in, and it looks nice in my portfolio... Anyways, I'd love to know what you all think, I'm posting here to get better! Comments and criticism are always very welcome. First up is Port Thorn, a bustling frontier town built around a busy space port, where all sorts of travellers, traders and voidmen meet, mingle and barter with one another. ![]() Second is Port Precipice, a hive city that was built to float upon a mighty river, but over the millennia has cut a vast chasm into the rock, leaving Port Precipice hanging precariously over the edge of a gaping maw... ![]() Again, please let me know what you think, especially overall composition and contrast. |
