|The Residential District|
A rather nice area within the City of Demons. Homes from small to large can be found across these streets, providing stability to the people who live within them. Most of the homes in this area of the city are owned by those of the middle class, though there's occasionally an upper-class home here as well.

|The Slums|
A far less pleasant area of Sunnydale. Many of the Lower Class families find themselves living down here in the houses that were build back when the city was first founded. Though old and some have the potential to be beautiful, this is the bad part of town and all potential is lost.

|Rising Heights Apartments|
A rather nice apartment complex is settled on the boarder between uptown and downtown, attracting people from all walks of life. Though the building seems to be constantly added on, it isn't all that large.

|Sunnydale Estates|
For those of great wealth and power, a home in this prestigious neighborhood is a must have. Though homes here are well beyond the wealth of most people, the occasional Sunnydale resident will find this place to be quite comforting.
