GENERAL RULES
the basics While we trust that civilized, well-mannered people will join this board it's necessary to set the ground rules. They're pretty generic, but glance through and understand them nonetheless.
Love one another.
We're all mature people who love Buffy and, if you're here, roleplaying. With that common thread in mind, we should all be able to respect and love each other. This means no quarreling out of character because of in character things because that's just silly.
Know the info.
This RPG is based off of the Buffy universe. This includes all sorts of different supernatural creatures that are not necessarily the same or similar to other shows. If you're not thoroughly knowledgeable about the Buffyverse then make sure to read the various information topics contained in this forum.
Keep it in your pants.
This is discussed in depth in it's own topic, but it deserves a mention here. We don't want to read your porn. Naturally this is a board with humans (and other humanoid creatures) so sex wouldn't be out of the ordinary. Many of the characters are under the standard age of consent, and nobody wants to get in trouble. It doesn't mean your character can't have sex, just that we don't want the writing in plain view. Read more about it in the "sex" thread.
