So after extensive play testing (read 2games!!)
I've 'settled' on the following for my Grand Company HQ Warsmith Terminator Armour Chainfist Lightning Claw Sigil of Corruption Votlw Warpsmith Votlw Elites 4 Terminators Champion w/ axe Chainfist & combi-melta Axe & combi-flamer Twin Lightning Claws Votlw Landraider Transport w/ Dirge Caster & Extra Armour Dreadnought 2x powerfists Dreadnought Multi-melta, powerfist w/ heavy flamer Troops 10 Iron Warriors Champ w/ twin claws 2x meltaguns, 9x extra ccws Votlw Rhino w/ dirge, dozer & havoc 10 Iron Warriors Champ w/ power sword 2x meltaguns, 9x extra ccws Votlw Rhino w/ dirge, dozer & havoc HS Vindicator w/ siege shield, dirge, extra armour Predator 3x lascannons, dirge 6 Havocs Champ (standard gear only) 2x autocannons 2x missile launchers w/ flakk Votlw Aegis Defence Line w/ Quad gun Total 1998! High lights vs dark eldar w/ flamers and horrors allies!! Warpsmith 1 shotting the deldar anti infantry Flyer as it arrived from reserve with his twin linked quad gun! Who needs flakk havocs eh?! So what do you guys think? My local meta is.... (wait I don't actually care what my local meta is, I'm gonna run my grand company true to my IVth legion fluff ie not Chaos Marines but TRAITOR LEGIONNAIRES! hence nothing 'daemon' in my list) sorry about that mini rant! Sounds good. Why chainfist and l claw? You already have several in your termie squad. Would it be better to have dual lightning claws? I understand having options, but those points maybe better spent. Just a thought.
