Hi, i'm new

Hi there, i'm new
been browsing the Forums for a while now, for tips on starting my Iron warriors, and i decided to join as it seems like a cool community.
i've just started an IW army, as i got bored with my 4000 point Word bearers (although a grand total of an apostle and one squad is painted) And i decided to go back to my first love in chaos, Iron Warriors. I used to collect them a long time ago, but i totally sucked at anything freehand (including lines, yes) so i couldn't do chevrons, but i can now.
The only armies i've ever been able to actually finish are ones that pretty much only require Drybrushing, with maybe one ink wash and a few details, as i am a Damn slow at painting, so IW are perfect for me.
I love artillery, and mainly play Apocolypse battles, so, predictably, i have 5 (working on another) Basilisks, all totally different looking (one defiler legs, one that has literally just been stolen, the crew are actually still on the side of the tank, they have just been thrown out, a Spiky as hell one, one with a Hellcannon for a gun, plus normal chaosy conversions, and one that is totally plain, just a few Chaosy symbols. the one i am working on has no Gun-guard, no loading bay, and is being loaded by a tentacled demon inside)
As Such, everyone i play learns to hate me . basically, i just sit back, relax, and blow anything remotely scary to smithereens.

My tactics are SLIGHTLY more advanced than that though, i deploy my Bolter squads as far forward as possible, with a Chainsword squad 2 inches behind, and, as the enemy is forced to close by my Basilisks, i open up on them, and when they get into charge range, i pull back my bolter squads, keeping a coherent line, 6 inches, Fire another burst with them, hopefully kill the attackers, and push forward with the Close combat units. normally, they will take out the weakened unit on the first hit, and then just pull back behind my bolters again, ready to Rinse and repeat. if they dont kill them, i hit the middle of the combat with a Basilisk shell, sacrificing some Marines, but, this will either kill all the enemies, or push them Further than 2 inches away, bereaking off the combat, at which point the bolter squad and the bolt pistols of the CC squad finish them off, and THEN they rinse and repeat it all over again.
I continue this until there is either no Enemies left, or i have been pushed back to the basilisks, at this point i make a stand, and Teleport in my 10-man (with Leuitenant) Termie squad, who then push THEM back, as does my Dreadnought, who tend to blow the $%~+ Out of whatever poor souls are left.
