Buddy of mine picked it up over the weekend and it looked great. Every race got some awesome new datasheets and strategic assets that just looks to add a lot more to the game type.
My favorite sheets over all where the Stormlord Superheavy Tank, The Tower of Skulls, the Lords of the Black Crusade, Slaughterfiend Blood Pack, and most everything for the Daemons. -------------------- Fear is a burden for lesser men. We are not lesser men. We are Iron Warriors.

I'm laughing about the cult of destruction, boy am I glad I already have 9 obliterators, still chaos get's some really sweet new formations/units in it.

I haven't gotten this book yet, does it change the basic apoc rules in any way or is it just an add on with more formations and stuff?

The apoc rules are still the same this book just addes new formations and strategic assests
