I painted up a test model using badab black wash and it looks good on the marine but I am worried about using it on tanks as I think it will look streaky and blotchy. Can anyone point me in the right direction to paint up the tanks?
Thanks for any help

When I made this Rhino I painted the whole model with Tin Bitz first. The I drybrushed it gently with boltgun metal. At the end of the drybrush I made circular moves with the brush on the larger flat areas. Last I gave it a light drybrush with Mithril Silver.

If you can get your hands on one, airbrushes are invaluable for this sort of thing. They give you a solid even basecoat to work from which ensures no blotches or streaks thumbsup.gif
