Outstanding work. I like em.

Please, show us more or at least me as it seems like we're running low on ppl who post much around here lately.

Excellent work.
I'd like to know what parts you used for the conversions of the oblits.
The shoulder pads I know, but the chest pieces, is it green stuffed?

As for the painjob it's mostly very good, you got the metalics nicely and worn/rusty.
The next thing to improve are the hazard stripes.

Thanks guys smile.gif

@KingOfFools: The chest piece is green stuffed.
Conversion bits:
Oblit 1. Old metal Lascannon, Chain mail from Be'Lakor, SM command squad head, Techpriest servo arm, Inferno pistol.
Oblit 2. Guitar string, Necron rifles, Maxmini head.

Just thought i'd post some updated pics of my IWs.
I've also got a Rhino, 20 CSM, a Contemptor and a landraider to get done some time. Unfortunately this might not be for quite a while as uni and other commitments are taking up most of my time. Needless to say though, a new codex would certainly reinvigorate my hobby smile.gif

First of all some terminators, loaded out for tank busting.

Pure eyecandy, pure eyecandy.. I dare even to say that those mini's surpass Christian Byrne's ones.. But I have to know, WHERE do I get hold of those über-sexy shoulder guards you have used on your Obliterators?

@The_Virus: Thanks mate. I was pretty hesitant to paint that chaos star but i'm happy with how it turned out. It could have been disastrous.

@Drake Malice: Thanks! Encouragement is always motivational.

@Jesseye: Thanks for the encouragement. I'm not a huge fan of the GW Obliterators either on account of the sculpt and the price. Plus building your own version of an existing model is alway fun and more rewarding.

@Loki: Thanks mate, thats a big compliment!
The termi shoulder pads were bought. I think they are just a little too big for termis but they turned out alright for the Obliterators. Also they are solid pieces, ie. no room for the termis arm to fit into. I just had to cut the arms off bellow the shoulder and glue them on.
