Title: SWCCG online

NateDanger - March 2, 2004 09:19 PM (GMT)
Has anyone ever tried playing SWCCG online? I know there are at least 2 programs currently set up for it:

CCG Workshop

CardTable (I can't find a link anymore?!)

I'm curious if anyone here has ever used either of these programs (or played some other way) online for SWCCG. And if so, I'd love to get a game together. :)

I tried Cardtable once a long time ago. I didn't much like it and it was extremely glitchy.

The other one I haven't heard about. I'll have to check into it.

I know Bib is working on a patch for Apprentice to play SW:CCG online.

Interesting.. I'll be curious to check that out.

That's what I'd heard. I'm looking forward to that. As far as I know, the nearest group of people to me that still play is over 200 miles away so I haven't been able to play in over 2 years. So I lent my girlfriend my decks since she lives in California and there's quite a few players out there. Then we broke up. I'm hoping I get my 12 tournament decks back.... Especially since all my mains were in them...

About a year ago, there was a group of 6 or 7 people near here who would get together for weekly tournaments. However, I hadn't played SWCCG since 2000 so I got beat pretty badly. 2 of my cousins and my brother used to play from about 1997-2000, but then 1 cousin and my brother quit playing. My other cousins moved away. Now there's nobody left here either.

When that patch is released, we'll have to get a game going. :) And I hope you get your decks back... you should've waited to break up with her until she sent them back. ;)

I've talked to her and she said she'll send them back. We're still moderate friends, but we just don't talk frequently.
