1. All anglers have the right to fish the same waters and the same areas as all other anglers.

2. All anglers have the right to a fair and equal fishing experience.

3. All anglers have the right to the same fish as all other anglers.

4. All anglers have the right to be treated fairly, honorably, and justly.

5. All anglers have the right to voice their concerns and opinions to tournament staff, law enforcement or government officials, and conservation officials.

6. All anglers have the right to purchase and use any legal equipment they so desire.

7. All anglers have the right to blow the whistle on any wrongful acts by elites, tournament officials, or national, state, or local governments.

8. All anglers have the right to be free from any rules or regulations not created by national, state, or local governments.

9. All anglers have the right to eat the fish they caught.

10. All anglers have the right to boycott any tournament or activity that they believe is harmful to fish, humans, or to the whole idea of fishing altogether.
