At the moment nothing definite but my dad said if all goes well, a new business venture with friend/ potential future business partner then he buy a new car, a landcruiser V8 or benz m-class, however last time he said Lexus LS460 / 600h...

So his current car a 06 Lexus IS250 auto (he bought brand new back in 2006) i get to have and i sell my IS200, i driven a IS250 and drives /handle very different to the Altezza RS200 and my IS200, peoples thoughts on the current IS250 / 350 compared to the IS200/300 or Altezza ? do you like it?, imo i dont think its as sporty handling as the IS200 to drive.

Just means i need to start square 1 to tune it the way i like just like my IS200...

I'd recommend against the M-class, simply because a co-worker had one and the quality was very poor - rattles, interior bits fell off, etc. He traded it on a BMW X5 and has been very happy with it.

Can't say on the IS250 apart from your comments are in-line with other people's reviews - the 2IS just isn't as driven-oriented as the 1IS. Much better engine than the 1G-FE though!

The IS250/350 are a dream to drive for a daily commuter, with light suspension upgrades they can handle great. Just a little heavy is all.
The F-Sport IS350 is great :D

As you said tho they are totally different to the #XE10 chassis, more commuter orientated rather than a semi-sports car

Current LS models are great too! Love the self closing doors, auto boot, massage rear seats and aren't actually too bad on gas either!
