hey guys, is it possible to put the 'fast reply' function into all forums? it certainly would take my spamming abilities up a notch.

What's the difference?
Do you get a different page to this 'add reply'?
It will be a control in my Admin control panel if it can be changed. I've never noticed.

Try this mate:
Click on 'My Controls', under 'Options', click on 'Board Settings'.
Under 'Board Display Settings', go about 5 down and it should ask you if you want a 'fast reply' function. Check 'YES' and save, and VOILA, fast reply added (I think, havent tried or used it yet...)

found that switch!! but I tried to 'fast reply' to this post and teh button isn't available. from the description "where available" I'd say it's an admin thing to enable the function. Could you take a poop greeneyes?

I would post some green samples (possibly from greened out ppl) but I'll leave it for those with a strong stomach.
But to answer your question fast reply doesn't load another page but instead adds a section right at the bottom without reloading.

Anyway- There is an option to turn on 'quick reply' in the control panel for each individual forum.
I'll try it with this one-

Because I will have to go through each individual forum's permissions in the Admin Control Panel and change them....

i reckon it doesnt make that much of a difference.. the page that loas when you use add reply take next to no time to load anyways.. unless of course you folk are on dial up ??!!
