Hey everyone, I know that this may have been covered but I can't find any recent info. I wanted to know how much the poeple that have a) replaced their standard clutches and b)the people that have got the trd clutch and jun flywheel combination have paid for the parts? And if anyone can advise me of any other possibilities for replacement and prices i'd greatly appreciate that too.
Thanks in advance, Matt

Just phone a Toyota dealer for the stock clutch price and the TRD price.
Phone Trade Parts on Auckland's North Shore for Exedy prices on lightwight flywheels/high performance clutches, as they make the TRD parts anyway.
Expect to pay $1500 minimum for a lightweight flywheel/sports plate setup, and over $2500 for a new stock dual mass setup.
Of course the VIP discount will make a noticeable difference.... :P

Matt,
Firstly where are you located? Aus or NZ?
What do you drive? IS200/AS200/RS200?
I am one who has replaced the stock clutch and all with the TRD clutch kit which included a TRD Lightweight Flywheel, TRD Clutch (of course), TRD Pressure plate and assorted bearings.
I paid roughly $1600 I think for my kit, which is very reasonable considering just a stock Toyota replacement flywheel costs $1100.
This is only because I'm a Paid-Up member, and recieved the huge discounts of the Toyota Dealers here in NZ (Aus members can get discounts through Indy)
Apparently the TRD Clutches are indeed Exedy Clutches just rebadged as TRD, so they are damn good parts.

I'm in Aus and have an is200. So I should expect to pay roughly $1500 for the clutch and flywheel here? Sorry for my ignorance, but where is "indy"? I'm not to keen on calling toyota/lexus as dealer prices are usually so high.
Thanks for the help.
Matt

Trd Clutch & Jun Flywheel Upgrade, A review (for the IS200) by T'Bird2 might be usefull to you, sorry can't remember of the top of my head where Indy Racing is but I seem to think its in Sydney.
Talk to

I priced up getting a clutch made, for a six puck clutch and heavy duty pressure plate I was looking at $600nz for the 2 parts. As for flywheels exedy seem to be the most recommened brand for $700nz. This would apparently still give good road drivabilty.
