Hi there,

Anyone replaced the factory altezza brake pads with the Endless SSY compund.
How do they compare to the factory pads.

Regards
Toby

Guys...anyone using Endless SS Y pads... Temp rating 0-400 degrees.

I am looking for soft pad which is easier in the rotor.
I need to skim my disc the 2nd time now after trackday. Currently using
Endless VN9500. Temp rating 0-300 degrees. Minimum brake dust.

In the past I have used Toyota pads 04465-30320 which
which was excellent...alot of brake dust which I dont mind and very easy on the rotor.
The problem is this part number is hard to find. So looking for something
similar to this characteristic. Does SSY have similar characteristic ?
Thanks

04465-30320 hard to find??? I've got a set on the shelf, I imagine Nick would too. TNZ have 10 sets in stock.
Maybe you need to look at getting better rotors? DBA 5000 series should hold up better to the abuse from a track day.

Hi
I wish i was in NZ....ha ha ha .... The local stockist here in KL rarely carry this part number.... so need to put aftermarket...pads. So looking for something which are equally as soft.

Currently running Endless Basic rotor which I changed a year ago....so though of skimming and install new pads... Endless SSY I heard is soft but cant confirm....

Thanks anyway.

Can consider the Znoelli SP500 series pads?
Rated from 0-550 degrees and silent!
Fairly soft compound but as most soft compounds, it is fairly dusty

I would talk to Nick anyway... you might be able to get Znoellis delivered from NZ cheaper than the endless ones.

Endless SSY go for NZD 175 after conversion...

The Y's are good pads. Work great cold, low dust and very little rotor damage if any.
