Don't even go there  Stick to the name brands like Dunlop, Toyo, Yokohama, Michelin & Bridgestone etc. If you want to have no traction in the wet then go ahead & fit them but if you value your life then spend a bit more & get a quality tyre. There's plenty of threads on here about good tyres. Toyo T1R, Dunlop DZ101 & Bridgestone RE001 all come well recommended and are reasonably priced.
