Finally I received my bulbs yesterday from UK after 2 days delay by UPS. Installed them and tested drive to Te Aroha to see what's the different.
The supplier said Philips BlueVision gives 4000K color temp and 30% more light. I can see the color is white and no blue feeling which is good but the brightness is not satisfied, only a little bit brighter than the standard blubs I used (Osram and Narva). Too far away from the 30%. The bulbs cost euro$19.99 from Philips approved online store (powerbulbs.co.uk) and I paid euro$20.00 for UPS Express to get them faster. Now I'm planning to get Osram SilverStar from US brcause there's no HB4 in the range in EU. Hopefully that's better. Another chioce is PIAA Xtreme White Plus. But that's not cheap and I don't know it can last long or not. Also I have some concerns with the standard, I don't think PIAA bulbs are ADR approved which means they're NOT street legal. |

Rather than the Xtreme White Plus, go for the Xtreme Force.
