The Tacho wire is Black on Plug A (bigger of the 2 plugs) Pin 14. You can also get the tacho signal from Diagnostic Connector in the cabin (might save taking the dash out.) -------------------- Building a Beams 3sge powered Mcgregor 7.

There is the OBDII connector in the cabin, usually below the steering wheel some where..
The Tacho signal is on Pin 9 of the OBDII connector As for power signals Battery Power +12v comes from the MPX-B Fuse. Plug A, Pin 15 (Red with Yellow stripe) Ignition Power +12v comes from the Gauge Fuse. Plug A, Pin 17 (Red with Blue stripe) Earth is Plug A Pin 18 (White with Black stripe) Can find the complete wiring diagram at http://bahamutcars.free.fr/workshop/IS_98-05/index.html Under Electrical Wiring Diagram -Over Electrical Wiring Diagram (RHD) -- Combination Meter Then pick your car, most of them are exactly the same, especially main things like power and earths etc. The only difference between the IS and Altezza here is there is no Economy Gauge - instead the altezza that has Oil Pressure Gauge Hope this helps Cheers Aaron -------------------- Building a Beams 3sge powered Mcgregor 7.
