I recently bought some second hand coilovers, they look to be in good condition but there's a few things that I'm unsure of, mainly to do with the maintenance side of things.
How do you care for your coilovers? Did you install and forget about them or do you clean them down every so often? The main things I've read about is keeping the threads clean and rust prevention. Is this as simple as spraying wd-40 and brushing down the threads? Any info appreciated Thanks |

spraying anti rust over the coils would be a good idea. depending on your coils. just make sure u don't loosen up the spring tension.
there's not much u really need to do to maintain it...if you hear knocking thats when you need to take it out to check everything is tight. -------------------- For Vinyl Car Wrapping solutions and CarbonFiber parts email:contact@mod-box.com
