Being eyeing up the Motorola RAZR MAXX lately, but seeing that Quad-Cores has made its way to the smartphone market might get an S3

The one x and s3 are basiclly the same in terms of specs. its mainly design thats the big thing.
Htc sence is a really good system tho, i tend to lean towards that.

The iphone is good as a phone. if you want to be a geek and play, dont go near it. get android.
Nothing else compares to those three. one x . iphone . s3.
reliabily, performance and design.

Not really keen on another iOS tbh, have 2 ipod touches and an ipad, don't see how an iphone is that different to those items.. and android is real good imho haha. S3 May 31st release in nz! At $1049 nzd.. it's not that bad..

Tried the one x.. haven't actually used sense properly, so the first initial thoughts about it was i prefer touchwiz.. But meh, will try it again..

I am definitely going for S3 or the next Nexus in few months. I dont like how HTC change the way they clean the memory of apps running the background. As HTC explained, the one X now kills apps more aggressively to make mem space for Sense 4.

Saying that though, the One X LCD2 screen is fantastic and in my opinion beats the AMOLED pentile screen on the S3. But I have a HTC Desire HD now, so I want to try another manufacturer.

In general also, I find the Samsung hardware a little bit more reliable by comparing my HTC problems with people around me who have samsungs. But that very hard to prove.

Been using HTC products since HTC HD came out LOL never had a problem so will going to get the ONE X I'm currently using HD7 and it's good I like it... Battery last quite long on standby but if I'm using WIFI watching videos then that's where it chews up the battery life... but hey I can watch 720p movies on my phone and finish it till the battery dies...

will try and see how the ONE X goes

I'm onto my second iPhone now having just upgraded from the 3Gs to the 4s, I find it really suits me and my lifestyle as I run a mac at home and at work, and is really easy to jump between the systems etc. I also have an iPad too, which is synced via iCloud, I use it as a mobile portfolio etc when at clients... I do love how it all works together biggrin.gif

I absolutely agree xero! I'm using a mac and it syncs great with my ipad/ipod touches... iCloud is awesome lol. The iPhone is just missing that extra difference i need from an ipod touch tbh..

i'm using a Sony Xperia X LT26i at the moment and it's awesome. the new sony phones have a bravia engine and some of them have a RGBW screen so the picture quality is phenomenal.

I voted other simply because I use the galaxy S2.
Best phone I have ever used coming from an i-Phone (and there problems in a work environment)

Coming down in price too... $600-700 is a bargin for this phone IMO.
I see no need for more power yet, does everything the i-Phone does but better (bar music possibly depending if you like i-Tunes).

If you want simplicity wait for i-Phone 5 wink.gif

Using a mac, iTunes is a given really..

But the decision on Android is final, i'm using symbian myself and have no plans whatsoever to jump to the iPhone. Got windows partition on my mac to fix all those annoying kies problems on mac haha.

Imho, the iphone only comes alive after jailbreaking..
