While re-running a cable under my dash, I found this random cable that runs to a blanking plate on the door side of the steering wheel, next to the coin holders! Does anyone know what it is for?

My rear fog light never turn on since I own it. I wonder whether I am getting the same issue as yours ? Have you sort out the issue yet ? and does your rear fog light also doesn't turn on when you switch on the light ?

that's indeed for the foglights, I took current from one of those wire to wireup my foglights... ran one wire to the back and hooked it up to a five point relay.. works great!
