They sure are stock rims painted.

I just masked them off prior to painting to see if I like it, which I do, now to strip the whole wheel, prep and powder coat the whole thing, then just machine off the top layer to get the nice diamond cut look to it again.

I'm not sure if I will stick with flat black or go gloss, liking the flat black at the moment though.

Then still gotta decide if I want a laquer ontop or not
