FF7

I was just wondering if anyone here liked ff7 other than Mike who i already know loves it. I think it is the best game of all time with a great storyline and characters.

Yah it is pretty fun, but it is too fucking hard!

Anyway, I think that Square should really remake FF7 for PS2, or at least one of the current consoles, because personally, the graphics in FF7 were a little of a let down. I think that's the only thing that I didn't like so much - sure, they could have improved the songs (they had good tunes but the sound quality wasn't that good) but what I'd really like to see is some graphics like FFX. I wasn't really satisfied with how Tifa looks in Advent Children...I always thought she would look better then..that.

FF7 was originally released on the PS1 and the graphics at that time in the game were astounding, if you are talking about advent children, also the songs were amazing, and the sond quality was of its time.

Back then, yes - the graphics were good, but now that I look at the recent FF's and compare it to FF7, it makes it look really bad.

I think a lot of people would play it if it was a remake.

I dont think they will because it has been too long since the original as when I played it I was very young and most of the teenagers that played it will now probable not have time to play it.

But there is the new generation of teenagers that will play it. Sure - perhaps the teenagers who played it back then would not have time to play a remake, but the generations to come will.

I don't think it'll ever get down here...:(

It is showing in Vence, Texas or something over here this october. And it still isn't out yet in japan, but they are taking pre-orders for the DVD.

Dammit...

If it's not out in Japan yet then that means it's going to be a very long time before it gets down to Australia. They might not even bring it down here!

I think they may either re-release the game back in shops or make the conversion to PS2. The fact mainly being that the advent children movie will attract alot of publicity, meaning lots of people will watch it, so if square do one of the above they will make a load of money.
