 Welcome to Girl World!
It called for a fresh start, as I'm sure you'll all agree. So after a while, I've re-opened the site from scratch. Please read over the canon characters, and if possible, adopt one of those. Original characters are welcome at all times.
I look forward to roleplaying with you!

Cameron Jacob Knowles probably looked like an idoit right now. What else is new. He was sitting down in front of his locker, it was before school of course. And Cam was always there early, for plently of good reasons. Such as finishing up homework, studying for a test, or just because the boy wakes up early and likes to be the first one at school. But reason why he was looking stupid, he was banging his hands against his lap as if they were drums while his ipod blasting a favorite song of his. Maybe he sung along too but it was mostly in drum talk. Boom, ba, bo-boom, ba, ba. And his eyes were closed, couldn't tell if something was looking at him or if something was trying to get his attention. Only time someone could get his attention is if they kicked him.
Freak, the jock said as he kicked Cameron in his leg, which hurt a little. But quite frankly CJ was getting use to the pain by now. He opened his eyes when he felt the impact and just ignored the snickering and glares he recived from the jock and his 'possy'. Cam sighed as he rubbed his leg wher he kicked him and lowered his ipod down. Maybe he should stop acting like a retart for once so maybe people would stop making fun of him for once? Wrong. Even if Cameron just sat there still, like a statue, they will still tease and taunt him like they would if he was moving around. And Cameron had to deal with this for another year. And who knows, might have to deal with it through college too.
The junior sighed as he stood up and turned the dial on his locker before opening it. It was like anyother day. He started hearing people call him names then as he put his ipod away and took his books out for his next class. Some guys who were obviously a lot stronger than Cameron would shove him into the locker. And of course all this happend when no teachers were around. What were the chances? After being pushed for the third time Cam felt a huge pain go across his head as it hit the metal locker. Groaning in pain as he put his hand over where the impact was. Oh yes. It was just another high school day for Cameron Jacob Knowles.

Today was a rare day - it was a day that you could actually see Kaylen Daniels at the school early. Usually she was always running late, just arriving before the warning bell. Looking down the empty hallways, Kaylen noticed a boy sitting in front of his locker, and joking around with his friends. What was she going to do by herself until the bell rang? She could only pretend to have just arrived for so long - and standing at her locker would look pathetic. Maybe she could go and join the guys down the hallways until she found someone else to hang out with?
Kaylen let out a sigh as she made her way to the group of jocks, and saw that the boy who was bopping his head wasn't with his friends - he was with a bunch of jerks who were pushing him around. "What are you guys doing?" She asked a rather large jock, just as he turned away leaving Kaylen and the boy alone. She had yet to see his face, and just as he turned around she instantly realized who it was - Cameron Knowles. The two had never really been friends, mostly because of the clique difference, but... since there was no one here, Kaylen decided to stay.
"Um - hi." She said, tucking a long strand of black hair behind her ears, quickly scanning the hallways to make sure they were alone. The very last thing she needed was to be seen with Cameron - no matter how awful that may sound, Kaylen had always cared about her rep. "Are you all right?" She asked, sympathetically leaning against the opposite locker. Usually she wouldn't have been so nice to Cameron, but the look on his face - she couldn't bring herself to leave him. Even though she could spread rumors like a mad woman, seeing someone getting picked on had always been a weakness for her. She would never go as far as physically hurting someone, just for the fun of it. Or because they weren’t apart of a school sport team.

At least it didn't leave a bruise or a cut. It was one of those bumps that hurt like hell but there's actually nothing there. Cameron kept the palm of his hand on his head, thinking that would quicken the pain to go away. Cam just thought out in his head as always to just act like nothing is bothering him and hopefully they'll go away. Hopefully. I mean if he starts fighting back they will just start beating him up more. And the boy would be shocked if someone started defended him. That only happened once in his life with his older brother but that was a long time ago. Hearing someone come into the scene Cameron turned around to see who the brave soul was. Probably the last person he would of guessed who would be there.
Confused, Cam just kept his mouth shut while his hand was still on the bump. Didn't even know why he was doing that anymore because it really didn't hurt anymore. After watching the jocks walk off Cameron looked over at Kaylen. Confused on many different stages on why the girl was standing there. First he knew for a fact the girl does not arrive at school that early. She was mostly late for first period. And the fact that she was talking to him then just basically freaked the boy out. "Hey." Cam said as he removed his hand from his head and looked down. Just felt awkward for him a bit. Since he kind of doesn't like that girl all the much. It's her type of crowd, people she hangs with, that make bully Cameron. And anyone that hangs out with them, he hates automatically. Even if they never did anything to him. Cameron was kind of headstrong like that.
Cameron avoided eye contact by picking up the books he dropped from being pushed into his locker the many times. Brushed off his shirt of whatever he might of gained from that. He looked back over at Kaylen when she asked if he was alright. Who did the whole, 'are you talking to me?' kind of face. It was really hard to believe for himself. "Uh...Yeah, yeah. Just a bump, no big deal. Thanks" Cam nodded and creeked a small smile, signing that he was alright. He was too used to being pushed around so it was really no big deal to him anymore. Cam looked at Kaylen again. Still there? She really wasn't going to tease him or put him down or something. Cameron should write this day down in history. But he didn't trust her. Maybe she was going to befriend him and just embrass him big time. Just had to ask. "Aren't you going to call me a loser or something? I'm sure that will make your day." Cam said sarcastilly as he closed his locker and looked back at the girl her reply.

Kaylen took in a quick breath. She knew that some people in this school called her a bitch, and really disliked her, but when she was standing face to face with someone who she had barely talked to, and they expected her to call them names, it hit home. Rolling her eyes, Kaylen shook her head. "Make my day? Whatever." She said, placing her hands on her hips. Looking down the halls, Kaylen noticed a few people passing and glancing toward the two. "So uh - what did you do to them?" She asked, pushing her black hair off of her shoulders, and motioning her head toward the group of jocks who had seemed to find a different victim - a small girl who sat in front of her locker reading a 'Harry Potter' book. Poor thing.
Kaylen could tell by the look on his face that the last thing he had expected when he had crawled out of bed was for Kaylen Daniels to be standing in front of his locker talking to him. Usually she wouldn't go out of her way to talk to a nerd, or a geek. Especially if this geek decided he was going to be rude to her. "So aren’t you going to call me a bitch or a whore?" She asked, raising her eyebrows at him. "I'm sure it would just make your day." Kaylen said, her words dripping with sarcasm.
Never in her life had Kaylen been loss of words, usually she always knew what to say and when to say it. But right now, standing in front of a guy who thought she was a total bitch was a little nerve racking. Even for her, who was always trying to put on a cool and confident look.
Sorry it's a little short - kind of went brain-dead! }}

Just from hearing her say whatever, made Cameron say bitch inside his head. He would say it, more like mumble it but he knew she could quite easily hear him since the hallways weren't that crowded yet and were not loud at all. Could probably hear a pin drop if you listened closely enough. What did you do to them? Cam followed the direction in which the girl nodded her head towards. Wishing he was bigger than he was now, so he could teach the jocks and everyone else a lesson or two. Though Cameron knows violence isn't the answer. But who follows that rule?
"Nothing. Guess they didn't like the way my hair is today." Cam doesn't know why people do this to him. His reply was weak, a small joke yet made in a serious tone. Weak because Cameron's hair was basically the same everyday but then again it was suppose to be a joke. Haha. Maybe in a past life Cameron did something to angry God than blessed him with this oh so blessing gift for young Cameron. And he's been dealing with this crap for almost his whole life and he can deal another year. But if has to go on for the rest of his life, oh Lord help him and send him down another blessing quick. Hopefully a better one. Call her bitch, already did. Though not loudly. And to be honest, it did not make his day. Making Cameron's day would be like winning a giant contest and gaining all the spider-man comics ever made in history. In fact, that would complete Cameron's life. Just a small thing on Cam's. "things to win before I die list." You know everyone has one these days.
Cameron didn't fully understand how ruining someone's life can just be fun to do and watch. His brother tried explaning it to Cam but he still didn't understand as smart as he is. And even though Cameron thinks Kaylen may look like a bitch or whore, he hasn't seen her act like one really so why call someone something when they're not? "Unless that's your name. I think Kaylen is better for you." You can easily see that Cameron was falling into this trap or whatever of that Kay has. Or so he thinks she has one. They'll act like friends now but once more people start walking through those doors then things will just be the same. And now he started sounding like he wanted everyone to be at peace with everyone else when really Cameron just hated people who weren't like him. "Why are you here? I mean, here. Talking to me." Cameron finally asked the question he's been dying for an answer. Gesturting some hand movements here and there. As things were still confusing and awkward for him.
[totally fine.]

"They didn't like your hair?" She asked, cocking an eyebrow. What the hell was that supposed to mean? She was pretty sure that those jocks could care less how Cameron's hair fell into his eyes, or how he was in dire need of a haircut. Suddenly it seemed as if a light switch flipped on in her mind. Sarcasm - of course. She was probably standing in front of one of the most sarcastic guys in school.
Ouch - Kaylen knew that question was coming. Of course, she hadn't really thought up of an answer. Sure she could shoot some sarcastic remark about how she was just standing here because there was nothing better to do, or because none of her friends had arrived at school yet, but then she would have been lying. But right now she was completely brain dead. There was nothing to say to Cameron besides, 'because I want to.' But then he might get the wrong impression.
The two weren’t friends, and they never had been - probably never will be. "Truthfully - I have no idea." She said, shrugging her shoulders slightly as she shoved her hands into the front pockets of her dark wash denim jeans. "We're not friends - I don't like you, and you don't like me." Kaylen added, running a hand through her long black hair. She was about to turn away on her heels when she felt her cell phone start vibrating against her thigh. Reaching for the small phone which had been sitting in her turquoise hand bag, Kaylen let out a sight – her father. She wasn’t really in the mood to deal with his bitching and complaining so she hit the ignore button and dropped it back into its original place. “So I guess I should go.” She said with a shrug. Not that she actually wanted to leave. Cameron was someone to talk to, and right now she wanted someone to talk to. But why did it have to be so weird between them? It would have been easier if they actually enjoyed being in each other's presence.
