Mossleaf Village
Spring
The last traces of snow are disappearing in the warm spring sun. The land is slowly waking up as winter releases its last hold, filling the air with birdsong and warm breezes.
Soon the first buds of flowers will be blossoming across the land. Will you be ready for the Flower Festival?

¤ Wonderful news! Mossleaf is indeed resurfacing. It is too beautiful of a site and a world to abandon like so...

¤ So give it a moment and a shake and off Mossleaf will go! Shall it be this board? Or shall we grace a brand new URL specialized PHbb 3.0 forum as our own? What shall be added and what shall remain? Whatever happens there is one core dedication to this final move, this final application - Mossleaf, from now on and forever, shall remain.

[[This is an NPC owned shop. Please enjoy!]]

Built into the snug protection of two very large rain trees, Drop o' Dew is a uniquely Mossleafian drink shop. The building is a pile of expertly woven together rocks, wood planks, and blossoming vines all covered with a light outer covering of quaint moss. Patches of wildflowers spread across the roof, which has several built in sunroofs designed to show off the almost constant rainfall the building receives - being situated under two massive rain trees, after all. Rain trees are extremely large - towering a couple hundred feet easily - and have expansive branches covered with broad emerald leaves. At different intervals throughout the day the rain trees will release water from their upper branches - creating a constant miniature rainstorm for those underneath.

Drop o' Dew has turned this local into a profitable business. Water-loving berries and fruits grow nearly year-round in gardens grown in the crevices of the trees massive roots. The rainfall from the tree is very pure and delicious water, which makes an excellent base for drinks. When customers order drinks the servers go out and pick the ingredients fresh off of the vine and use only the freshest of the rainfall to make a delicious beverage. Drop o' Dew also makes for an excellent place to come and relax away from it all - the rain makes the shop feel much more isolated than it really is. Frequent customers are even given complimentary umbrellas!
