In dire need to tell someone about some juicy gossip about who slept with who and whether she's keeping the baby or not? Greeaaat. Check the phone book for characters' phone numbers or maybe call them by dorm. Press dash on your phone, then press one to get a dial tone and enter their dorm number. The Lobby
Entrance;; These large glass doors may seem intimidating at first, but don't worry, you don't have to lift a finger to open it. Our greeters will do so for you and start your day with a smile. Parents, guests - leave your cars with our trusty valets and enter Paradise Cove. Good service begins and ends here.

Front Desk
The first thing to head to once you have stepped foot the luxurious school is the reception desk. At the reception desk, our receptionists will find you your perfect dormitories and try to accomodate as best as they can, while shoving the not-so-perfect students to matching not-so-perfect dormitories, and just to the far right sits the Principal's Office. Beware, this is the one place you sure hope you don't need to go. The Main offices such as the Sick Bay and the Guidance Office could also be located here.

Chocolate Bar
So good it's sinful. PC Chocolate Bar is known for their original and unique chocolate (what else?) and is a popular place particularly during winter. They serve the best chocolate drinks and fondues and desserts. The first month is served as free, courtesy of the Headmaster. What can you expect from a place with such good service? The "Bar" is located after you exit the Main Offices, through the courtyard and just as you enter a different building. Why a Chocolate Bar? This is Paradise Cove High. But after that month, Paradise comes at a price.

Bancroft Ballroom
The largest ballroom in the school, Bancroft Ballroom is used for all sorts of events and occasions, from exhibitions to dinner & dance evenings to business meetings. To book the ballroom, please contact Ashley Mitchell the temporary Events Director due to the unfortunate accident our previous Event Director had endured he is now currently residing at the Malibu General Hospital.

Classrooms
Self-Explanatory, Sit back, relax, and try not to fall asleep during a calculus or history class. The way the classroom is decorated depends on the teacher's personal taste, but most of them have individual desks, whiteboards, and a chalk board, like a normal classroom. So, that's pretty much the gist.

Paradise Dining
Just an average Cafeteria with white tables and rusty chairs? Nuh-uh. Raise your standards when it comes to Paradise Cove. Light and easy-going lighting is applied with large glass windows that overlook the gardens. Towards the back are the kitchens where entry is forbidden to non-staff. The food isn't exactly gourmet considering the crabby Chef, but I suppose it could be worse.

Auditorium
Orientations, Assemblies, Uniform Pickups, and other ceremonies are held in the spacious auditorium. At the very start of the school year, the students are to gather inside the Auditorium and pretend to be listening to the History teacher drone on and on. But expect whoops and whistles of delight when one of their own goes up to talk.

Library
Library? Where? Well...you know, where the books live - With an extensive collection of books, the 'popular' kids are rarely ever found here, unless they're making use of the internet-ready computers between classes to check their e-mail. Near the entrance lies a small bakery/café surrounded by bookshelves with the more recent books. Breads are freshly baked every morning so students don't have to worry about staleness. They also have small slices of desserts for students to indulge themselves.

Student Lounge
Only the biggest schools which cater to the richest students have something like this; a lounge just for the students to kick back and hang out during spare periods. Plush sofas, television sets, snack machines, even a couple video game machines and a pool table in the back!

Hallways And Stairwells
All of the hallways and staircases in the school. This is where your lockers are located, and where you will probably chill with friends between classes. And just down the hall, the peachy walls are decorated with framed portraits of previous memorable students, and right at the very end lies an empty frame, ready for its next student portrait.

Gymnasium
A large and spacious gymnasium, this is where your phys ed classes will be held, where you can hit practices after school, you can work out on your own time, or go swimming in the pool next door.

The Basement
The basement is utilitarian - a long rectangular room with seven-foot ceiling, cinder-block walls, and a cememnt floor. A single fluorescent light buzzed and flickered over a dusty tool bench in a corner of the room. A month beat its wings against the fixture...
It's scary down there.

Courtyard
Trees surround the rim of the beautiful Paradise Cove courtyard, shading the place in the sunniest of days. The large fountain looms up above, and its faint and quiet trickles of water can be heard at every hour in the day with water lillies floating about peacefully in the small pond while students chose to relax surrounded by plant life creeping up cracks on the brick floor. Right in the middle of the courtyard, you can see a large fountain with two statues of mermaids spouting water over it. Why not throw a coin in and make a wish?

Sports Fields
Bleachers are set up around the fields so that the students can come show their support at the many games. There is a baseball diamond, a large football field with more seating around than the rest, and a soccer field that can be modified for Lacrosse - the most popular sports at the school. The track runs around the soccer field, which is where most gym classes are held. Paradise Cove has a field for just about every sport necessary.

Gardens
Big big open grassland and sloping lawns that led down toward the woods legally owned by Palisade High about half a mile behind the school. Our lovely gardens have flowers imported all over the world. There are hedges about the place and on one side of the gardens is the famous Garden Maze. Many a people have spent their whole afternoons inside trying to find their way out. Nonetheless, it's one of the best places to spend your time in.

Paradise Bay
Located to the south of the Paradise Cove High, which stood on a cliff overlooking the water, the Bay is approximately just up to your nose for a 6'4 person. Stunning. Absoloutely stunning. Clear-blue water and a few platforms floating around where you can sit, eat, rest, etc. And there's even a coconut tree in the middle of the bay, and underneath its shady leaves are some platforms for you to sit on; balance is key, people. White sand all the way, too.

Outdoor Swimming Pool
One of the favourite places to lounge around is our outdoor swimming pool. Many people (particularly ladies) have spent afternoons here lying on the pool chairs to get themselves tan without having to feel the dirty sand in their feet. It is nothing compared to the bigger, clearer and more natural waters of the Bay but it is closer to the lockers and comes with Pool Managers who take care of your towels and refreshments. The outdoor swimming pool is a rather fun one, with a huge slide rather than the indoor one.

Stables
There are fifteen school-owned horses of different breeds and riding lessons are most definitely available. A small yet, spacious field - not even coming close to the Sport Field's size, but still - could be used for riding horses. Both school-owned and students own horses are kept at the stables at all times. A pass and permission is needed from a teacher to enter both the field and the stables.

Woods
To the east of Paradise Cove is the freedom of large secluded woods, owned by the school's management. The woods is strictly off limits to Paradise Cove students, but when has the students ever even bothered to process the file "must give a damn."? That's right.

Remember: If you are ringing up a particular dorm here are the basics to help you out - Press dash on your phone, press one to get a dial tone and then enter their dorm number. Note that Ladies' dorm's ph no. have L in the beginning. [Ex;; #L20] Curfew ends at strictly Ten o'clock pm and Eleven thirty on weekends. Gents are easier to sneak in than Ladies for the reason that is... Mrs. Jefferson, the easily fooled and super-nice Dorm Advisor old lady who would rather force-feed you a plate of cookies than punish or report you.

Staff Housing
Within this block, each of the staff members who does not have a local Malibu home has their own little apartment area, with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, study, and eat-in kitchen.

Home Sweet Home
Whether it be the generic houses that anyone from the fairly poor to the middle-class live in, the residents located in Malibu, California can range from the fabulously wealthy in their huge mansions overlooking Malibu Beach from cheap I-Can't-Afford-A-House flats to luxury condominiums rented for the rich brats by their doting parents. Time for Summer Break? Time to crash home sweet home.

Malibu Bluffs Park
A large and plush park, with meadows and even a forested area, a river running through and perfect camping grounds. 2 Basketball Courts, Jogging Path, 3 Boat Trails (electric motors only), Fishing Pier Trail (salt water license may be required for ages 16 or older), Observation Tower, Picnic Areas, Play Area, Regional Wetland Preserve, Tennis Courts, Racquetball Courts, Volleyball Courts.

Malibu Shopping Centre
One of the largest shopping malls in California and within walking distance from Paradise Cove too. Shop at the designer boutiques or go to the top floors for middle-priced range things. If you get hungry, drop by the 4th floor where all the restaurants are, or go to the basement for the food court.

Starbucks
You knew you saw it coming, Malibu is full of these. The biggest one is located downtown and has a huge second-floor lounge. This Starbucks is also a bookshop/café with WiFi and is the perfect place for meetups and working. The little delicacies are all created by one of the two owners of this Starbucks and are tastfully original.

Malibu General Hospital
It's big and usually about half-full. Pristine white and sanitary, this place is nonetheless extremely spooky and rumored to be haunted by the younger people in Malibu.

Malibu Downtown Recreational Building
Public swimming pools, hot tubs, private members' gym, skating rinks, squash courts.. this leisure centre has everything you need to keep fit and have fun. Nothing can help you fit into that teeny-tiny summer bikini better than Steven's Specialised Aerobics Classes. Feel the burn!

Millenium Park
This is where all the skaters in town hang out, with their skate ramps and halfpipes, it's the perfect place for these kids to enjoy their passion.

Crystal Canyon Cinema
This place is new and huge, with twenty-five screens that play everything from the classics to the brand spanking new hottest releases. Always has a special horror movie marathon all month, every October! But the popcorn is expensive, so you should really bring your own.

Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrows
The local church has an expansive cemetery behind it. Uber-creepy since it's always deathly quiet and there never seem to be any birds or wildlife around. Most people stay away from here unless someone close to them dies or they're part of Halloween Dares.

Another restaurant, but this one is somewhat more upscale. This is the spot where you go if you're feeling casual for lunch or dinner but there is a strict fashion-only dresscode. Don't expect to get in wearing baggy jeans and a hoodie. This is where most of the rich mom's brunch on the weekend.

Moonshadow's
A restaurant in downtown Malibu. It's somewhat reasonably priced, but has a casual atmosphere. Has a live band 7 nights a week, and its specialty is seafood.

Now, this is the restaurant to go do if you want to dress to the Nine's and spend a lot of money on a little gourmet food. Very romantic, with quiet background music and lots of candle-light.

Elysium
The hottest night club in town, this is where the stars party. The bouncers are strict on who gets in, but it's not based on age, but how you look. There's a plush VIP lounge on the second-floor overlooking the dancefloor, and the DJ/Band Stage and huge dancefloor downstairs, with bars on both levels and a coat-check by the front door.

This is the less 'scene' nightclub in town, but still very fun. If you don't have the cash to get the looks to get into Elysium, or if you want to slum it a little and live dangerously, come to Underground instead.

An amazingly fashionable, chic, and adorable girl's clothing store, dealing primarily in Angelique Ouelette-Havelock’s label called - wait for it - AURA. However, this shop also caters all the best in fashion from famous designers to the little-known independent, but it sells only the very best.

This is a cheap but very romantic restaurant. The proprietor, Leanne, makes every effort to make each of her patrons feel like the experience has been worthwhile. Not as swanky as Gemini, but still very sweet and romantic. Far more affordable for the not-so-upper-class.

The wooden boardwalk is a romantic place to walk hand-in-hand at sunset, and it's only ten steps down from here onto the beach itself.

The Beach
Hot sandy beaches that stretch for miles, leading into a warm crystalline-blue ocean. Not far away from the school, is The Beach. With barbeque pits a distance away from the sea, it is often populated with campers, not to mention swimmers and surfers. You get to see many joggers around the beach during early mornings and evenings. Yeah baby, this is the California Dream.

It's cheap, it's small, but its good food and friendly relaxed atmosphere make it a favourite for everyone from allowance-budgeting preteens to hot and famous movie stars who want to grab a bite to eat.
