Meeting Minutes April 5, 2012
Meeting Started- 7:29 Minicon is this weekend!!! We still need a LOT of people for staff, so please please PLEASE sign up for a shift. If you work two shifts, you get in for FREE! We need at least one person for each shift in Registration, Room Security, and Walking Security. We will be open Sat. 12pm-10pm and Sun. 12pm-6pm, though some rooms will close at 4pm. Artists and dealers need to be at the con by 11:30am to set up. We will only have one room for next week’s meeting. The Geek Auction anime night will be held then. Officer positions are open for nomination! If you are interested in being an officer next semester, sign up and ask the current officers about their position. Andrew has postponed the Street Fighter X Tekken tourney. It will be in 2-3 weeks. Tweet on Twitter to bring back TOONAMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meeting Adjourned- 7:41 |
