 Hello everyone. I was reading another Filipino forum when mention of this forum caught my eye. And that's why I'm here. I'm retired but that doesn't mean I sit all day in front of a TV set. TV dulls your brain pretty fast, in my opinion. Real estate is my interest. And from you young uns I hope to learn. What I will earn from it, at least 90% of it, will fund my own non-profit organization and its projects. That should give an idea where I'm coming from. I'm also the owner/administrator of a forum which focuses on real estate - worldwide. We are slowly zeroing in on the Philippine market.
