physical features;
The little towhead known as Kyler has grown up to be a very different man. With his appearance, he does not strive to be in the norm. He doesn’t believe that there is a norm when it comes to physical appearance, so there really is no reason to try to fall in it. He knows that there are set fashion guidelines for gender and attempts to stick to those (and doesn’t fail very often), but other than that he is his own free spirit. He sticks with the usual uniform, making his own modifications to it, like rolled up sleeves, rolled up leggings, whatever he feels like. But, he knows how to make himself look “presentable” in a pureblood fashion. His parents trained him to be a good pureblood after all. He just feels that the actions that a pureblood takes are far more important than the clothing that they put on their bodies. Part of his fashion is basically mocking muggle clothing, and putting things together that don’t fit at all. He finds it humorous because it is taking something that they live so strongly by, and ripping it to shreds in a non-violent way—almost as if it is part of his plan for the future…but it isn’t.
His hair is about as blond as you can get. When he was a baby the peach fuzz on his hair was barely visible because it was so light. Lucky for him he has much more hair, so of course it is visible now even if it hasn’t darkened much. He wouldn’t ever dream of using some beautify charm to make it darker, figuring that this is the best that it is going to get. He doesn’t worry too much about how it turns out in the morning. After he is out of his shower, he just runs a comb through it, combing his hair back. It falls in whatever direction it feels like, some strands even staying upright, and he walks out of the room fine with it. Of course, there are those days that he actually manages to brush his hair down, and make it neat and tidy. But that is only for special occasions. His hair never gets too long. It stays so his eyes are never obstructed. Sometimes his eyebrows get covered, but that is his usual time for a little trim. The other hair on his face (such as his eyebrows, eyelashes, and beard if he ever decided to grow one) is a dark brown color. This right here is one thing he hates about his appearance. So he never goes a day without shaving. The only ways he would ever have any facial hair growing is if he had just woken up, or if he decided to darken the rest of his hair, which he is not doing. His eyebrows are thick, but not bushy. They just cover a lot of space, but don’t have the long whiskery hair to cause them to go into the bushy category. They are thicker in the middle, and as you move to the outside of his face they get much thinner. A lot of his emotion is expressed through his eyebrows. On his left eyebrow, there is a scar that runs diagonally through the middle of it. This happened with a simple mistake of a broom ride. One wrong turn, and you find yourself running into a tree.
His eyes mirror the expression that his eyebrows bring to life. Most people don’t spend too much attention on the eyebrows, so of course there has to be another source of emotion showing. These are two of the three things that show what his true emotion is. He isn’t very good at hiding it, so if someone can actually look him in the eye, they’ll know if they have a chance to run, or if they should just give up then. His eyes are an almond shape, and he very rarely actually squints. Obstructing his eyesight like that seems like a foolish thing to do, so you won’t see him squint unless there is something bright in front of him. His eyes are a dark blue-gray color, and aren’t really anything out of the ordinary. When he gets mad, his pupils dilate giving them a much darker appearance, and --that’s about it. His eyelashes aren’t very long, and despite their darker color they don’t exactly bring attention to themselves. He would never dream of curling them, or putting any type of makeup on to make them stand out. Makeup is something that he would only put on to make fun of someone, or if he was very drunk and decided he wanted to look pretty…yeah right.
The fact that he expresses his true emotion through his eyes does not mean that a little bit is transferred down to is mouth. The emotion in his mouth just cannot be trusted as much as the information in his upper face. See, when Kyler is mad, he might get a smile on his face as a way to trick his enemy. Or if he is happy, he might decide that smiling is too good for him. One thing that he can appreciate is the smirk. It seems to be embedded in every Slytherin’s natural instinct. If sarcasm comes out of his mouth, it is accompanied by a smirk—unless he is actually aiming to pierce into the mind of who ever he is talking to (and I don’t mean by the Impeprius curse). If he is actually aiming to hurt, his mouth will form a straight line, his lips pressed together, and he won’t move from that until his attack has finished. Sure, his mouth will move when he talks (obviously), but it will always go back to that stern look. Both of his lips are almost equal in thickness. The top lip is just slightly thinner. They are pretty thick, but not thick enough that he looks like a fish. If that was the case, he might actually use a beautifying spell on himself…or his mother might of when he was a baby. His smile is rarely conceived as a real smile. It just doesn’t fit his personality that well. His teeth are kept very clean (he has a thing against bad breath), but they aren’t perfectly straight. He doesn’t have a need for braces, they just aren’t perfect, like any normal person in the 70s. There is a small gap, almost not visible, in between his front two teeth. He isn’t proud of it, but yet again he doesn’t bother doing anything about it. He does in fact have a piercing on his lip. It is on the left side, and is on his bottom lip. He isn’t going for some Monroe (which probably didn’t exist in the 70). Basically how he got this piercing was he was not in a sober state, and decided to see if he could jab an object through his lip—and he could. So he transfigured another object into a stud, and placed it in the hole, and never really bothered to take it out.
When his voice erupts from his vocal chords, it isn’t like a lot of the people at Hogwarts. Because Kyler was raised in Germany, he has a very thick accent. He likes his accent, thinking that it causes him to stand out from the crowd. It also shows where he is from, so he doesn’t have to go through that whole conversation again. His voice is deep, but not in that bass range. He doesn’t have the ability to make the earth tremble with the low frequencies that come from his mouth. His tone is usually fairly serious, even if there is a hint of sarcasm behind it. He is one of those people who it is hard to tell when they are being sarcastic, or if they aren’t. You can’t tell just from the look of his voice, you have to see the expression of his face.
His nose isn’t very out of the ordinary. It is right between his eyes, right above his lips, and in the center of his face like any normal nose is. It is fairly thin, but sticks out as much as most noses, so it gives it the appearance of being a little bit bigger than most. He personally would rather have his nose than what he calls an “obese” nose though. He does have a very pointy nose, which somewhat helps get rid of the big appearance. Too bad it doesn’t get rid of it all. When he was in his second year, he still had a bit of a lip on him. Needless to say, he talked back to an older Slytherin boy, and got punched in the nose. Hard. It broke, Kyler went down, and he didn’t even have a chance to fight back (which was probably a good thing because he probably would have died). So now, in the bridge of his nose there is a section that is wider than the rest. He had refused to go down to the hospital wing to get any form of medication. As a result of that, his nose didn’t heal quite right. He doesn’t complain about it though, thinking that it gives him a bit of character That’s what scars are for right? A story? Of course, he isn’t very proud of this story…and if someone brought it up they might get a hex thrown at them quicker than they got the words out. See, he was the older student now—the chain of command has been passed on. Too bad Kyler thinks that physical violence is for the weak.
The rest of his face is pretty plain. He has a long face, compared to Vincent Crabbe’s round one. Good thing he isn’t around school anymore though right? His chin is square, rather than rounded. It has been hit quite a few times, and he actually has a nice scar on it from when someone with a ring hit him. He doesn’t remember who it was, or why it happened—but nobody really bothers asking him about it either. He prefers not to talk about his scars, and let them tell their own stories by just being there. His jaw line is something to be rivaled. You can see the bone clear up to his ear, and it doesn’t ever seem to fade into his neck. This makes it so there isn’t much cushion on his face—poor person who actually decides to punch his face. His cheeks are basically indented. The cheekbones are not as defined as his jaw line, but they do give a different shape to his face. It almost looks as if his cheeks are slightly indented rather than his cheekbones being the ones to stick out farther. They don’t stick out on the top, so his eyes don’t look like they are indented in his face. It is a smooth transition between eyes, and cheek. He is lucky that he doesn’t have any bags under his eyes, especially with as much sleep as he gets. Another thing that Kyler doesn’t appreciate about his appearance is his forehead. He does have a big one, and likes to keep it covered up as much as possible, but isn’t going to go style his hair around it. He just doesn’t look in the mirror and say “Damn I have a nice forehead.” Then again, who does?
Kyler’s skin is naturally pale. He doesn’t mind it though, because his parents are convinced that pale skin is the standard for beauty. He does spend time outside, so he does manage to get a tan color shading his skin. But, in the winter months, you can’t expect any hint of a tan on him. He is blessed with one thing: he does not get freckles. He isn’t sure why he doesn’t, because he isn’t some hermit who never steps foot outside. He is on the Quidditch team, so he is outside a lot. But, the darkened skin patches never emerge on his skin. Now, one thing that he isn’t blessed with is he does get pimples. But because he is disgusted by them, when he was fifteen he actually spent hours looking up a spell just so he could get those nasty things off of his face. So—there is another beautifying spell that he actually spends time doing every morning. He doesn’t do it for other people though, he does it because they disgust him and make him feel like he isn’t pure. That is the one thing that is very important about his appearance. He always wants people to know he is a pureblood, and doesn’t want them to ever question it.
Even if Kyler doesn’t appreciate the art of physical violence, he does know that you have to be in shape to be able to perform well in the game of Quidditch. You’ve never heard of an overweight Slytherin playing have you—wait Vincent Crabbe. That theory is out the window! Anyway, he does do occasional workout sessions, but isn’t really one of those guys that you will see running along the lake every morning. He has never been one who has wanted to have huge muscles, so instead he just has enough so they are defined. A six pack, his pectorals, his back muscles, biceps, triceps, and of course his legs are all somewhat hard. They just aren’t to the point of being enormous. He doesn’t have any reason for them to be bigger. He has enough muscle that he will use on the pitch that he needs, and nothing more. The only thing that more muscle is good for in his eyes is if you need to attack someone physically, or move a big object. But, being a Wizard causes those worries to go out of the window very quickly. He would never dream of wandering around and flexing, and there is no way that you would find him flexing in the mirror. He does not find muscles impressive, or threatening (as long as he has his wand anyway). Height isn’t that big of an issue for him either. He stands at 5’10, and isn’t ashamed. He doesn’t want to be tall, and he doesn’t want to be short. They can both be made fun of easily, and nobody lieks being made fun of right? Now, another thing that would be easy to make fun of him on is his shoe size. He does have very large feet, especially for his body.
He is lucky that he doesn’t waddle as he walks, or they would call him duck boy. No, Kyler is busting full of confidence. He never really finds a need to be rushing to one place or another, thinking that even if he is late it wouldn’t matter. He just leaves a little bit earlier so he doesn’t have to walk fast. When he is walking, his eyes are constantly moving from person to person, keeping an eye on what is going on around him. Now, don’t get me wrong, they don’t bounce from person to person within seconds; he just scans the corridors. He is not one to slouch when he is walking. He wants to stand at his full height, that way he can get a better eye on the situation. He usually has thumbs tucked in his pockets, and his elbows bent at a ninety-degree angle. His left hand, which is his wand hand, is almost always grasping his wand. He knows that if anyone was to attack him, he would have a better chance because his wand was already out. Plus, it makes that intimidation factor thing kick in. He doesn’t like having his wand in his pocket, because it takes too long to actually grab it. Once he sits down in a classroom that whole demeanor leaves. His wand is placed on his desk, for easy access. He is usually slumped in his chair, with no qualms about his posture. He just wants to be comfortable. His legs would probably be outstretched, and are usually nowhere near being together. Crossing of the legs is for girls…even though he occasionally does it too. Sometimes a guy has to let his feminine side out, and nobody can argue with him.
Now every teenager has that whole rebellion phase. Kyler is no different. Right after getting home on the summer between his fifth and sixth year, he actually ventured into a muggle village and had a tattoo on his arm. I’m not going to lie, he was probably under the influence of something, because there is no way that he would actually let a muggle touch him, let alone for long enough to get his tattoo done. It is done on his bicep, very close to his shoulder. What he decided to get done was claw marks, which were then filled with what looked like muscle matter. He wasn’t sure why he was getting it, he just knew that his family would not be happy when he got back and had it. It also didn’t help that many of his friends had already had tattoos. So—he needed one as well right? So much for Kyler not caring what people thought about his appearance.

likes;
-Accuracy – “If you have good enough accuracy, you don’t have to worry about anything. Just a point, and an incantation and they’re on the ground. -Back talking – “It shows people that I’m not afraid of someone who is superior to me. Of course I know when to not back talk—like if the Dark Lord actually gave me time to speak you wouldn’t have to worry about that.” -Control – “There is something about having control over something else that gets my blood running faster. It is like you can play with a puppet, make it dance, do whatever you’d like. And, it is very doubtful that if you have complete control that it will ever come back to you.” -Dominance – “What real male doesn’t strive for this? A male who doesn’t like dominance shouldn’t be considered a male at all.” -Education – “It isn’t that I like classes, or any of that shit. I like being smarter than the average kid who doesn’t go to school. If I was to drop out of school, there is no way that I’d get as far in life. It is a safe haven.” -Fucking – “What can I say, my man parts like a little action themselves too.” -Grapes – “They are sensual, and good. Ever been fed grapes while lying in bed? Figures you haven’t.” -He who must not be named – “Who wouldn’t like him? He is doing everything for the right causes. People are just too dumb to open their eyes and see it.” -Imperius Curse – “It has to do with control. This curse is ‘Unforgivable’ but honestly I could care less. It will get me where I need to go in life, most importantly get me in good with the Dark Lord” -Jerky – “There is nothing like a piece of meat that has been smoked to perfection. Makes your teeth strong.” -Kaiser Rolls – “They remind me of home. Our house elves enjoyed making them for some reason.” -Lust – “Lust vs Love? It is obvious which is the winner here. There is no need for any of that loving feeling. It is all lust if you really think about it. People say ‘I love you’ in the heat of the moment, which is a moment of lust. So, I hope you are smart enough to get my drift.” -Memorials – “These basically are there to celebrate the great. There are a few memorials that shouldn’t be out there—and will probably get destroyed in one way or another. No need to destroy the meaning of a memorial with their filth.” -Not getting caught – “Who likes getting caught? I suppose those people who want to have that ‘bad ass’ look that is pretty much pathetic. If you were truly bad ass you would not get caught.” -Obscure German food – “I am from Germany, this should be expected.” -Purity – “If you aren’t pure, don’t even look in my direction.” -Quidditch – “It is the only sport that is worth the time of day. It isn’t like we are kicking around a fucking ball, or running down a field holding one. No we are in the air, risking our lives for the game. It is rare that someone doesn’t go home injured when the Slytherins are involved.” -Retaliation – “I like retaliating, and when they retaliate back at me it means one thing. A duel is about to occur.” -Sacrifice – “If you sacrifice something, it shows that you are willing to do whatever it is that you are sacrificing to. I have never had the chance to do any of this, but if I ever had something worth fighting for, I wouldn’t hesitate.” -Tacos – “These were introduced to me one night at Hogwarts. Supposedly it is a food from somewhere called Mexico. My house elf had to punish itself plenty of times for not knowing how to make these.” -Unambiguous Answers – “I like getting straight up answers. If I ask a question, I don’t want bullshit in return.” -Victory – “It is hard to not like victory, even if you get it all the time. Losing isn’t something I ever have to deal with.” -Wand work – “If you are good with wand work, you can get almost wherever you want in life. Just a flick and a swish, and you’re off to new heights.” -X-rated activities – “Heh, don’t think I need to explain to your little ears.” -Yelping – “I’m a cruel son of a bitch.” -Zesty Girls – “It is no fun when they just lay there. They need to have something to be enthusiastic about.”
dislikes;
-Apples – “They are disgusting, not to mention the skin always gets stuck in my teeth when I try to eat them. I’ve given up on them ever sense I was ten.” -Blood Traitors – “They need to get their fucking brains screwed on right. Muggles don’t like us. Why should we want to be part of their world?” -Challenging Women – “It is ok if it is a little challenge. Challenge makes the game fun. But when they act like they want nothing to do with me all the time, they can go suck on Merlin’s beard.” -Doubters – “I hate it when people doubt me. If someone doubts me, I will prove to them that they have nothing to worry about—or that they do have something to worry about. It really depends on if they are on my side or not.” -Energy Burning – “I hate burning pointless energy. Burning that energy causes me to become weak, and that isn’t acceptable.” -Fat People – “Just go run, stop eating, or vomit please.” -Gay People – “Disgusting filth.” -Hogwarts Staff (the) – “They are too obsessed with teaching defense. Defense isn’t everything that we need in the world.” -Insecurity – “I hate feeling insecure. If I’m in a place I feel that way, it means I need to get out of there.” -Jesters – “They creep me out. Why the fuck do they have bells on their hats and feet? It isn’t funny.” -Kittens – “Meow. Meow. Meow. They want food, milk, whatever the fuck they eat, and all they are good for is to meow at you. Meow. Meow. Meow.” -Lesbians – “I don’t even find it attractive. It is disgusting, and they are a waste of human space.” -Muggles – “They’ve pushed us in hiding for too long. They are filth. They are weak. They need to be put to shame.” -Not winning – “I’ll never admit if I haven’t won. It is as simple as that. I win all the time, and that is all that you really need to know.” -Orphans – “All they do is whine about how they don’t have a mother or a father. They didn’t want you, so they sent you to an orphanage. If you haven’t been adopted yet, people still don’t want you.” -Promiscuous Women – “If they are too easy to get into bed, that means that I’m probably going to get some disease. Who wants that, really?” -Quitters – “If you decide to do something, stick with it. If you quit, someone better make you fucking finish the job.” -Running away – “As I said, I don’t like quitting, so if I have to run away, it means I’m a quitter.” -Squibs – “Fucking disgrace to the magical world. They’d fucking were born of magic blood, and they are a waste of it. I’m not sure which is worse, a Squib or a muggle.” -Tests – “These in no way test your knowledge. No, I am not bad at them, I just think they are pointless, and are not there to help anyone. The only good thing about them is it gets the idiots out of classes.” -Ugly people – “…just cover it up. Please. Paper bag. Mask. Something.” -Vulgar Women – “Women are supposed to have some sort of respect. Girls who go around swearing up a storm are nowhere near attractive.” -Weak people – “They need to be put out of their misery right away.” -Xeroderma – “Dry skin is disgusting. Go jump in a lake.” -Yabbering First Years – “They just keep talking and talking, and never stop. The silencio charm works quite well on them.” -Zoos – “Waste of my fucking time. What makes muggles think these are interesting? Maybe we should cage them up and see what they think.”

overall personality;
If I was to be asked to describe Kyler’s personality in one word, it would defiantly be asshole. By no means do his good qualities even come close to even offsetting his bad qualities. He is homophobic, he treats women as objects, he loves control, makes fun of his friends, it is one of his dreams to get into the death eaters, and of course, he will do whatever it is he can to get what he wants. As for his good traits, they are even harder to come up with. He is loyal, knows who his friends are, actually does his own schoolwork (unlike many other people in Hogwarts), and knows exactly what he wants to do with his life at the age of sixteen. If anything, his good qualities would be good if they were in the hands of a truly good person, but with every other part of his personality, it doesn’t help much. Instead they accentuate the poor qualities, making him seem like more of an asshole. The fact that he honestly doesn’t care what most people think about him makes everything even worse. I guess what I am trying to do is prove to you that he is an asshole…I suppose I can use a few more paragraphs to get this point across.
When Kyler was younger, he had a few experiences with a gay male that he doesn’t ever want to revisit. No, he was not raped, he was not kidnapped, and no it wasn’t anything drastic. The only thing that happened to him was he saw a couple kissing, looked at them for a second because he was a curious little boy, and then his father scolded him for even showing interest in them. His father then told him everything that was “wrong” about them, and exactly why they were “disgusting.” He had to top the story by saying that if he looked at them for too long, he would probably turn into one of them. Because of this little talk, Kyler has been disgusted of any homosexual, and has been sure to keep his opinion known. He is no longer convinced that if they look at him that he will “catch the gay,” but he does believe that if you spend too much time with them it will somehow rub off on you. He believes that homosexuality is a choice, but not if you somehow catch it…but then again it is a choice for you to hang out with those people. He doesn’t hesitate to use the word queer, faggot, and anything else that comes close. He thinks that is what they deserve to be called, and they should know that their life choices were incorrect, and disgusting. If he senses that any of his friends are going down the “wrong path” he won’t hesitate on trying to steer them in the correct direction. He doesn’t want to be friends with anyone who is homosexual, and if he ever found out that any of his friends were, he wouldn’t hesitate to drop them in a second. He makes it known that if anyone who is indeed a homosexual gets within two feet of him, he won’t hesitate to hex them. And the sad thing is that it isn’t just a threat. He actually would pull his wand out and do whatever he could to get them away from him.
Proving his sexuality is something that he feels he has to do. He doesn’t want any sick rumors about him to be tossed around, so he does whatever he can to dispel them. When it comes to women, he speaks about them as if they were objects. He believes that the only thing that they are actually good for is sex, and actually birthing children. He does have standards when it comes to them though. He doesn’t think that a girl should be too promiscuous. If they are, he is positive that they have diseases, or worse, have touched a muggle. He wouldn’t ever even dream of having sex with a woman who was not a pureblood, even in desperate situations. He thinks that it will cause some sort of curse on you, and will soften your mind when it comes to muggles. Plus, they aren’t good for anything, so why would they be good for sex? Anyway, he isn’t afraid to try to get a girl even in very populated situations. Catcalls are not something that never comes out of his mouth. There are those girls who like attention, and it attracts them. As for the ones who don’t like it, that just means that he has created another challenge for himself. He doesn’t really like it when girls refuse to get into bed with him. He thinks that they are holding back on the one thing they are good for, and depriving him of something he deserves. So of course, he is going to try to get them even more.
He likes being in control of situations, so when they say no of course he feels out of control, so he does what he can to get the control back. He has always been that way. When he was a young boy, he liked controlling his parents. He tried to do it in a way that they wouldn’t notice. Asking father for something, and when father said no he would go to his mother. This caused some fights, but he usually still got what he wanted. He basically abused his house elves. Of course, he wasn’t the one physically harming them. He would just ask them to do exactly what his parents had told them not to do moments before just to see them punish themselves. He found it humorous because they had to disobey one of their masters no matter what. Being an only child caused this love for control to grow. He didn’t have competition with any siblings, so it made things easier. He would go to the other magic households that were anywhere close, and play with the younger children. He would always be the “boss.” As he got to Hogwarts, this mentality was quickly smashed out of him. He realized he was on level playing ground with his friends, and he was truly only in control of himself. But that didn’t mean his love for control left. Whenever there was something like a group project that was assigned, he would be the first to assign tasks and anything of that sort. He tried to do it in a non-obnoxious way, but it probably didn’t work. Growing even older, he began to learn about a certain curse called the Imperius curse which would basically put you in control of the mind of another living creature. Of course, it fascinated Kyler, and he started training. We’ll get into this a little more in his history.
Instead of controlling his friends, they got an interesting relationship going on. Then again, most relationships in Hogwarts were. He was never truly nice to them. He did have respect for them though. But, the way that he treats them now is by either having a serious conversation or by somehow insulting them. Hopefully they know by now that he doesn’t truly mean what he says to them. The way he makes fun of his friends is almost like friendly conversation. He also takes it as giving them advice to get better. He wants his friends to be the best that they can be, so pointing out their faults should help them. Once you get Kyler on your side, it is pretty hard to get him off of it. The ways you can do that is support homosexuals, or muggleborns people. He does not understand people who backstab their friends. He believes that if you are going to actually call someone a friend you need to stick with them. If you ruin your friendships, you are alone and even if you believe you can survive on your own, you never know when you will need them. He thinks that once he has someone on his friends list, that means that they have each others’ backs in any situation, even if what they vocalize doesn’t make it seem like they do. When it matters, he will be right behind his friends with his wand drawn, hexing their enemies down.
It has been his dream of following Tom Riddle ever since he heard that he was getting some sort of a group together. He heard that his uncle used to be close with Tom before he died, and was positive that his uncle died for whatever cause he was beginning. So when he heard the title of the group, and found out that he was going by another name, he didn’t question it. He began calling him the Dark Lord, and doing whatever he could to go in the right direction to get on his good side. Of course, that was difficult to do while in the Hogwarts castle, but he knew that he was taking steps in the right direction. He would finish his schooling, learning as much as he could possibly learn from the staff, which he hated so much. He wasn’t afraid to voice to other Slytherins that his loyalties are for him. The only reason why he doesn’t vocalize it to the world is because he doesn’t want to ruin their plans. He knows a small slip of a tongue could screw everything up, and he probably wouldn’t ever be forgiven, even if they began to be on the advantage again. He has hated muggles ever since he was a small child. His parents infused it into his brain, just like they infused disliking gays. He thinks they are a waste of space, and are too weak to be allowed any sort of rights. Anything that a muggle can do a wizard can do in almost twice the time. He disregards the fact that they actually have managed to survive for so long without magic, and instead replaces that fact with how they have forced them to live in secrecy for so long. He also believes that muggles are very cocky, and would probably use their pathetic weapons against wizards if they ever showed themselves again. Too bad it will be too late for them when they actually do. He is positive that they won’t even believe that it is wizards that are attacking, and will think it is some mass epidemic. He cannot wait to see the day that wizards will be able to roam around without any worry of being known for what they actually are.
Kyler is a person who will do whatever it is to get what he wants. He will go to great risks, which many people would probably consider stupid. Breaking rules, risking great injury, or even death isn’t something that he would worry about. A lifetime sentence in Azkaban doesn’t even faze him. He doesn’t believe in quitting, or failing. He knows that someone will eventually have to fail, but is convinced that it will never be him. This does not mean that he has never failed in the past, he just refuses to admit that he has. He thinks that if everyone quit all the time, nothing would ever get done (which is pretty accurate if you actually think about it). So if he never quits, he will get a lot done. Other quitters are just going to get him further along on this journey to victory…unless they are on his side. If there is someone who is on his side who happens to quit, or switch sides, he will try his hardest to get them back on his side and working towards the main goal. If they don’t agree to do such a thing, they will be dropped like flies, and it will take a lot for him to actually be able to trust them again. It takes a lot for Kyler to trust, so once the trust is broken, they are going to have to try twice as hard to get it back. He doesn’t need people in his life that won’t help him get done what he needs to get done, so they don’t need to be part of it.
He strives to learn as much as possible while in Hogwarts so that he will be able to survive when he is no longer in the walls. He doesn’t like how subjects are taught, but it is the only thing that he is offered, so he has to take it. He takes to studying on his own, or with friends quite often. The one thing that is good about Hogwarts is that they have a very large library with plenty of books to help people learn things that they are not supposed to. He just has to be careful when he goes to get those books. That is what late night journeys are for. And bloody hell, you have to be careful of those screaming books. He doesn’t like people who don’t actually try in school, thinking that they are stupid. Now, if they are actually smart and are beyond their years he doesn’t mind as much. He thinks that stupid people have no spot in the world, and are probably all muggles anyway. He isn’t one to cheat, figuring that if he does so he isn’t learning anything. So I guess that makes him honorable, in a way. Now he will ask for help, but there are very few people he will actually ask for help from. He doesn’t like admitting not knowing things, so if he actually reaches out and asks it means that he needs it. And if he asks for help from you, it means that he trusts you very much. He wouldn’t ask someone who he didn’t trust, because he would doubt that they would be able to get it, and would think that they would use it against him. He never wants anyone to have the advantage over him. That is part of why he learns. If he was to drop out and join the death eaters right away, he would be in serious trouble and he knows that. He is not an idiot. He actually knows how to think things through and get them done.
Anger isn’t something that Kyler can really control. Once he gets mad, it takes a lot to calm him down, and he probably won’t calm down until whatever made him dead is either seriously hurt, or no longer exists. The sad thing is that it does not take very much to make him mad. All you really have to do is say that one of his beliefs is stupid, or pointless. He will do what he can to prove you right, and if you don’t get proven right he will make you forget that you said anything. And if you don’t, he’ll go take it out on a younger student, and probably still not be satisfied. It also makes him mad when people who are not of his—status decide to talk to him. Any muggle born, ugly person, younger person, blood traitor, squib, etc. He doesn’t want to associate with those people, so if they decide to make some sort of attempt at doing this, he gets mad, and makes sure that they know that they aren’t allowed to even speak to him. It is rare that there is a day that he actually does not get mad. He doesn’t like losing, doesn’t like being taken advantage of, and does not like being abandoned. Basically every day, something happens that annoys him. He can’t do anything about it other than get mad. And of course, that doesn’t fix things all the time, so he gets even more mad.
So, I believe my point has gotten across. Kyler is an asshole, who is hot headed, very judgmental, and needs to get a few of his priorities switched around if he actually wants to be liked by people other than his friends. Too bad he is stuck in his ways, and honestly doesn’t care if people who aren’t on his side don’t like him. He is a guy who you have to be on his good side to see the good side of him, and it is very doubtful that you will even see it. He has his goals, and has basically had most of them for all of his life. You don’t ever have to worry about him changing his opinion on worldly matters (unless you want him to change them, then you’re screwed). He believes that muggles, homosexuals, blood traitors, and squibs are people who should no longer be living in the world anymore. He doesn’t like that they waste the air that he breathes, or that they get the chance to have an education at Hogwarts. If he could pick the student population, it would be much different. Unlucky for him, he still has to deal with everyone there, and hexing doesn’t keep everyone away…plus hexing in front of a teacher gets you time with a Squib. You know that he would never want to put himself through such torture. One thing is for sure, when Kyler gets out of Hogwarts he is going to be a force worth fighting. Lets just hope he knows how to follow orders.

nothing is thicker thanb l o o d THESTORY
birthplace;
London, England was the birthplace of Kyler Mulciber. That is where his mothers family lives, and they wanted her baby to be born nearby.
current hometown;
The Mulcibers live just outside of Dresden Germany. They wouldn’t ever bother actually living inside the city because they believe that it is filled with trash—and I’m not talking about litter.
financial status
Upper Class
parents;
The Wizarding World is known for many different types of Witches and Wizards. There are the muggle lovers, the indifferent people, and of course the people who believe that muggles are disgusting filth. Archibald and Felicity (Nott) Mulciber were part of the last group. They didn’t waste their time working, because the money that had been running through their families for centuries was nowhere near running out. But, the one thing that disappointed them was that their son would probably have to get his hands dirty and work when he was no longer living in their home.
siblings;
Archibald and Felicity never really thought that having more than one child was important. They figured that they did their part in bringing a pureblood male into the world, and they would train him right and he would bring at least one pureblooded child into the world. It was a simple in their minds, but many other pureblooded families might find it harder to understand this.
other family;
His uncle, Josef Mulciber attended Hogwarts with Tom Riddle himself. He actually escorted Tom on the day that he applied for a teaching position at the same school, and was close with Voldemort. But unfortunately, tragedy hit and he died. The talk of his death is very hush hush, but because you won’t tell anyone I’ll let you in on a little secret. When Tom Riddle was rejected from becoming a teacher at Hogwarts, his anger was elevated. He couldn’t blame himself for not being able to have that job, he had to blame the one person who was with him. Josef. He did not die right away. He was still lead to believe that he was in close with the Dark Lord…that is until the Dark Lord decided to test his Imperius Curse on him, and see just how far he could get the man to go—you get where this story is going right?
history;
The Nott family has had a long line pureblooded wizards. Most, if not all were accepted into Hogwarts, and those that were, were sorted into Slytherin. Felicity Nott was no different. Just walking into the castle for the first time, she knew exactly where she was going to be placed. It was like a Weasley walking in—they knew they would be placed in Gryffindor. She walked up confidently to the sorting hat, put it on her head, and no later did it yell out “Slytherin,: and she bounded her way over to the Slytherin table. She really wasn’t paying attention to the sorting before that, so when she sat next to the little boy who had just been sorted into Slytherin as well, she had no idea who he was. She gave him the usual introduction, and he said his name with almost no emotion, “Archibald Mulciber.” Felicity was in shock. This was the first meeting of the boy that she was betrothed to. Her parents and his parents had been speaking for quite some time, and they had made the deal just two months before. Felicity was under the understanding that Archibald was not going to attend Hogwarts, but was going to some school in Germany, but instead he was sitting right there in front of her. They didn’t speak for the rest of the meal. It took quite some time for the two of them to actually become comfortable with each other. First off, there was a bit of an accent barrier, and second—they were young and knew that they would have to spend the rest of their lives together. In their fifth year, the two of them decided that they would have to grit their teeth, and bare it. They began talking about interests—none were really the same. They began eating meals together—they were all awkward. They even began accompanying each other to classes—the people looking made these walks awkward. But, by the time their seventh year was over, they were ready to take that next life step and become the model pureblood couple that they were arranged to be.
Together they bought a home in Germany (of course using Archibald’s family’s money), and moved in immediately. They hired help—more like bought it—and let their dreams begin to erupt in the large house. Season tickets to their favorite Quidditch team, they avoided muggles, and of course they made sure that everything in their home was as perfect as it could get. As time went on, the lack of similar interests began to fade, the awkwardness was no longer present, and they were finally a rich snobbish pureblood couple, with all of the values included. They didn’t argue, because Felicity didn’t speak back, Archibald had his fair share of wizard whiskey, and the two house elves spent hours upon hours making sure that everything else in the household was perfect. Felicity sent little letters to her family every week. They were always short and sweet, and to the point. The only true reason why she sent them was to keep them from worrying about her—not that they actually would.
Dear Mummy and Pappy,
Everything in Germany is fine. We have gotten many new wizarding friends around us. The muggle population is dreadful though. They seem to be everywhere. I really wish we could fix this problem and move elsewhere. It is ok, we will make due with what we have.
Your Daughter,
Felicity Mulciber
She never received a response back from all of her letters…well until she told them she was pregnant. Then every letter she sent had a prompt response back. They were proud of the young Mulciber family for finally taking a step in the right direction and having a child. One thing they wanted to make clear was that they wanted the child born in London. The reason they gave, it was close to them and of course the grandparents needed to be near the baby at birth—they didn’t think about the Mulciber side. The true reason, they didn’t want their grandson born in a country such as Germany. The Nott family believed that the Germans were hot headed, and didn’t know how to care for a lady after she had a child. They didn’t really bother learning anything about the German culture before making this accusation in their minds, and you would think they would have before having their daughter marry someone from there. There was something in them that had changed from the day that they had made that agreement. When they did that, they were just excited that somebody actually wanted their bloodline intermixed with their own. But, as Felicity got older there were many other options that came available, and of course the Notts began to second-guess their original decision. They knew that if they took back that first agreement, they would no longer be on good terms with the Mulcibers, which could be a huge problem, so they stuck with the deal. That didn’t get rid of their questioning. They never expressed their feelings towards their daughter, not wanting her to feel strange about being married to a German man, but they kept a close eye on her from a distance. Every letter they had received, they had kept. They didn’t respond because they didn’t know how to. But, once she said that she was going to have a child, they knew exactly what they had to do.
It didn’t take much to get Archibald to accept the suggestion. His family actually trusted his spouse’s family. The Mulcibers have always been known for being able to keep a deal. They made a deal with the Nott family, so they trusted the Nott family. If the Notts believed that it would be better for the unborn Mulciber to be born in London, then he would be born in London. So a month before Felicity’s due date, they were disapparating from Germany and arriving in England at the nice Nott Manor. During that last month, Felicity’s every need was tended to. If she needed a little pillow to put her feet on, if she needed a strange snack, any type of distraction that she needed. But, Archibald was forced t spend time with her father. They called it Bonding time. Trips to the woods to do a little hunting (which seemed a little too muggle for Archibald, but he did it to get on good terms), and of course the morning and afternoon tea. They discussed everything they could about life, and it was then that Archibald realized he was not on good terms with the Nott family. He wasn’t going to change his personality for them, so he stayed headstrong and didn’t leave until his son was born. The name had been decided on before they had arrived in London, that way the Notts would not attempt to decide for them. Kyler Mulciber was born in London England, and was taken back to Germany just two days after his birth. Archibald has not been to visit the Nott family ever since that day, but that did not stop Felicity from bringing Kyler, or visiting by herself. They were still her family, even if they did not like the husband that they themselves chose for her. Archibald never complained that she went, and never voiced his new opinion on her family. He didn’t want his son hating them. But, he and Felicity would never have another child again, so as far as expanding the pureblood line—they got one. That meant that the average went down. Archibald was sure that he would raise his son right, and make sure that he would carry on the bloodline further than he himself had.
The first year of Kyler’s life was not too eventful. He cried a lot, realized that when he cried he got exactly what he wanted, became somewhat aware of his surroundings, and his fine motor skills began to get better. He was very good at pulling at his mother’s hair when she wasn’t expecting it. Hey, you can’t expect a new born to be a little angel. Now once he was actually a year old, this is where the interesting stuff begins. Kyler found a new interest in throwing things. Throwing his toys was where this began. And of course, when his parents brought it back to him it would get thrown again. Once he began to crawl, this throwing phase got a little bit more difficult to handle. He would find things that he could throw and break, thinking that they made a funny sound. So if his parents were not watching him too closely, they would soon hear a crash, and then the giggling erupting from their son’s mouth. It didn’t take long for them to keep him in a play pin. The young family had never really been used to challenges, so this was a strange way of bonding for them. But, when Kyler was put in the play pin, the moment they would leave the room Kyler would begin to bawl. He didn’t want to be separated from his parents at all, and missed them the instant they left the room. He had a strange feeling of being lost, and/or abandoned—ok it wasn’t that strange. He began speaking at this age—he was about one and two months old when he did. His first word, “meinig” (which is mine in German). It was a selfish stage that he was going through. Everything in the house was his. His vocabulary began to develop quickly with his brain. He started learning what different objects were, and knowing exactly how to ask for them. Now remember that play pin? He learned how to escape. It was at this point in time that the house elves began to give him a bit more attention. The devious child was very difficult for even them to control. It didn’t help with age either.
Terrible twos were something that caused even more trouble. Now that he was getting a firm grasp on both English and German, he was able to ask for exactly what he wanted. He began to understand at a young age that if mother said no, he could go ask father, or the other way around. This began many fights in the household, but Kyler would usually end up getting whatever it was that he wanted. He also enjoyed playing with the house elves. They would do whatever he asked them to do. Dance, spin plates on sticks, break things. And the funny part was if he asked them to do things that his father had told them not, they would have to hit themselves. For some reason, Kyler found this very amusing. He thought the idea of them causing pain to themselves was one of the funniest things on the planet. It is like when people watch America’s Funniest Home Videos, and then see all of those guys getting hit in their private area with baseball bats. It is just funny. His parents never caught on to what he was doing with the house elves because they paid very little attention to them. The only time they would see the elves was when they were getting Kyler away from playing with them, or they were sitting around the dinner table, waiting for their food to be served. Every meal was custom. His mother might have bowl of soup, while his father enjoyed a nice bratwurst. Kyler was a picky eater as a child. He wouldn’t eat anything green, or any red meat. Luckily for his health, that has changed. Who can live without their green veggies right? So, if the elves brought out any of these items he would instantly start crying, which would make the elves go back to the kitchen and—wait for it—punish themselves once more. It seemed like it was going to be an endless cycle, and of course the elves were not getting out any time soon.
It was when he turned four that his father actually decided to bring him out into the world. They took a trip into the nearby town, Dresden. His father needed to meet with someone there, and of course Kyler doesn’t remember this meeting. But, when he was sitting there as his father spoke to the other man, there were two men in the pub that seemed very close. Kyler couldn’t keep his eye off of the two men. They were holding hands, and looked almost like they were a couple. But men didn’t date each other…Kyler couldn’t look away, and watched the two men throughout his father’s whole meeting. As the other man walked away, Archibald looked down at his son and saw he was focused on these two men, who were now placing a kiss on each other’s lips, and then pulled Kyler out of the building. As they made their way back to their home, Archibald told Kyler about the troubles of gay people. He informed his son that they do it for attention, they are filth, and they are almost as bad as muggles—and of course the muggle gay people are much worse. He continued to tell his son that he needed to keep away from gay people because they would try to convert them into their way of thinking. Kyler listened to every word that his father said, and soaked it in like a sponge. He knew from that day on he would never be able to associate with a homosexual in a friendly way. His four year old mind couldn’t analyze what his father said, and therefore couldn’t decipher what was truth, and what was just fact, so he was afraid of them.
For Kyler’s fifth birthday, they had a big party for him. Kids from the neighborhood were invited over, and of course they were all magic folk. There were a few people from London who actually showed up to this party. Most of the children were younger than Kyler, so it really was more of a gathering for his parents and their friends. Now, the only reason why this memory for Kyler is so important is because his parents had decided to get him a Jester as entertainment. Not a clown—a Jester. He was king for the day, and needed king-like entertainment. Well, the Jester scared the five-year-old Kyler, and did not do a good job of comforting him. The jester did try, but the moment that he got close to Kyler, his hat caught on fire. Of course the Jester was not happy about this matter, and began to yell and tried to stamp out his hat, which scared Kyler even more. Even after the Jester was escorted out of his house, he couldn’t help but think that it was sitting around the corner waiting for revenge. Kyler had dreams about that jester for the first few months of his fifth year of being alive. He has never gotten over this fear, and still will do whatever it is possible to avoid any situation with a jester, or a clown.
The rest of Kyler’s life before Hogwarts was fairly plain. He played with the children down the streets, bossed them around, got them to do what he wanted, and was basically the top of the children that were younger than him. He enjoyed this. He didn’t have to do much for himself, because his parents would cater to his every need—and if they didn’t he would whine until they did. He was still cruel to the house elves, and even freed one just to see it cry. His parents were not happy about this, and actually punished him. It was the first time that he actually got in trouble for any of his actions and received more than a lecture. He didn’t take to this well, and stayed in his room for a week straight. This worried his parents, and they quickly apologized to him for being so harsh. This was a great message for him: he could do whatever he wanted, and could get out of it if he wanted. This was a new rein of terror for the Mulciber household. He continued to do what he wanted, and didn’t get questioned for it. His parents were beginning to get tired, and had no idea what to do with their child.
Luckily for them, his letter for Hogwarts was sent. The only reason why he probably got the letter was because both of his parents had attended Hogwarts, and had left with good markings in at least most of their classes. They were excited that their child would be attending a school that would get him further away. Not that they hated their child, they just didn’t know how to keep him disciplined. His first two years at Hogwarts were rough years. He didn’t understand that talking back to older students would get him in trouble, so he would often times end up by being locked in a cupboard, or stuck on some object that was too high for him to touch the ground. His attitude quickly began to change after this point, and he began to understand the pureblood standards that he needed to fit into. He made it his goal to appear as a pureblood from the outside, even if it was not through his clothing style. Every summer that he went home, his parents were surprised to see their son no longer be the bratty child that they once knew. He no longer took every single chance he had to talk back, instead he planned his comebacks so that when they hit, they would sting. They didn’t have to worry about leaving him alone and breaking things, or firing their house elves. He actually seemed to have goals in his mind.
When it came to his fifth year, he began hearing more and more about the Death Eaters. He had heard a little bit about Tom Riddle from his father. Supposedly his uncle and Tom were good friends before his sudden death. So of course Kyler was interested in what they had to offer. He would try to hear more, and would as questions about them constantly. He began to understand that he was not ready to join, and needed a lot of training. It was about half way through his fifth year that he actually began to train on the Imperius curse. First, he read up on it. He understood the theory, and knew it was time to practice. He used little things such as ants for the first few months, and moved to spiders a few months later. It was difficult to even control them during his fifth year, but he knew that giving up was not an option. He continued to train, and got to the point that he could get cats to do what he wanted at a close distance. He continued to practice constantly during the summer before his sixth year, and his skills were getting better, but were nowhere near perfection. As for the rest of his history, we will see where it leads him. All we can know is that there is no way that this boy is not going to bring peace to the planet.

pet;
Kyler was given a barn owl as a pet when he entered his first year. He decided to name her Eule, which is owl in German. Creativity has never been a strong point.
other;
Kyler’s wand is a 10 ½ inch walnut wand with a Runespoor Fang core. His parents were sure to get the wand from Ollivander’s wand shop.
