((Don't you think shadows are a little to powerful because their are always shadows put your hand a few inches ofer your other and you have a shadow god knows what one would do with that))
A well built person who has long and stiff black hair, which one could almost say has an ashen texture, ready to crumble on the slightest of touches. He has several tattoos of spirals on his back and shoulder all of the same color of ice blue. Due to his physique some claim for him to be possibly the fastest person around. His height is at a solid 6'4 and he weighs 128 lbs, has striking red eyes that can pierce the soul if the person is being interrogated.
He usually wears a short dark shirt which stops just below his torso, revealing his abdomens. To conceal his physique under this outfit, he wears thick leather shoulder pads and as well as leather straps over his chest. Kato not only has black baggy pants but also a torn kilt-like garment made of mended black canvas over them. His body is for the most, wrapped in bandages. Other interesting features are the black gloves and boots, metal shackles with chains worn on the wrists and more importantly, the face mask.
Personality: Kato should not be confused with other hot-headed fools who charge blindly into danger without thinking. He is considered a calm and collected warrior by most others, but no one knows the true side of Kaisou. He once had been a man of complete hatred and anger over the death of his younger brother Kaisou. He once seeked vengence though had an epiphany and so dropped his seeking avengence. He lets the hatred seep out from time to time when in battle or when he is close to finding the hollow that killed his brother.
Powers and/or weapons: Can use the power of ice in its complete form as in make Ice make sheilds of ice create snow and freeze liquids. Also Carries a katana which has a completly black blade even the crossguard is black and the handle is bandaged to the butt of it.
History: "Oh my God twins!!!"
A young woman had spoken at the last moments of her pain as the childrens embilical chords were removed from the children. She was given both of the boys as she held them in her arms, their eyes were closed but their mouthes were open crying even when just being born. She tried to keep consciousness as her face began to become pale and her heart rate began to drop. She requested a paper and pencil as with the last of her strength wrote the names of the children on the paper slowly in kanji. She weakly handed the paper to the nurse as her heart stopped beating and her pulse had remained still. The nusre had held the paper in her hand as she began to read the Kanji outloud.
"Kaisou and Kato The children of a dieing mother."
Those were the last words of the nurse that the boys heard from her still crying even after their mother had died.
5 Years Later;
It had been five years since the death of their mother and without a father they were put into a foster family of a Japanese heirarchy who had followed their own traditions to the letter. The first of the many traditions was that each of the children would be hosted with the heirarchy symbol of the spiral. On their fifth birthday the two children were both hosted with the tattoos each unremovable by hand or by any other. Along with the gifts of the tattoos they began to train in the clans style of swordplay called the dance of the dragon moon. This style was practiced and studied with weights on both the legs, arms and clothing, but on the sword as well which would help with it's fast assassination when the weights were removed.
"Why are you teaching us the family sword style, we are not blood relatives"
Kato asked being the more curious of the two, Kaisou had also questioned as to why the clan member would teach the non blood relatives.
"We are going to teach you the abilities of our clan because we wish to pass the traditions to keep it alive."
"So we are just tools to be used to keep this clan alive?"
Kaisou spoke arrogantly as he held his sword trying to lift the tip off the ground. He saw that his step father had double the weights on him and on his sword.
"No that is not the only reason why I am teaching you the techniques of our clan...We are also yeaching you this in order to protect you."
The two trainees stood in awe as Kato had risen his blade to rest it on his shoulder and succeeded in it. He stood cocky as he began to speak calmly as he stood without a struggle. Kaisou had looked in awe seeing his brother hold the sword without a struggle.
"Well then lets begin training"
20 years later
It had been twenty years since the two boys had begun their training, always being seen as outcast in the family by the fact they were adopted they had to strive harder and harder to be the light in the clan's shadow. After striving so hard they had recieved the third highest title of the clan and a seat in the clan meeting hall. In today's meeting they would discuss today's mission, those leading today's mission would be Kato and Kaisou.
"I can't stand the fact that those two are leading the mission those ungrateful bastards stealing our titles.....we need to do something before it is too late."
The whispers of the crowd in the meeting room were slightly noticeable as the two rose from their chairs and quickly got ready to begin their mission. The mission was an assassination tempt on one of the head followers of the opposing side of the clan. A simple task for the two as they left the main housing in the cover of the night. They're steps were silent and cautious as they made their way to the area in which the mission would commence. They stopped on the roof of the building keeping at the ready as they both decided to split up to be ubndetected. They had nearly combed through the entirety of the building when Kaisou had made it to the main room.
"This will turn the tables on them for sure."
Kaisou spoke silently as he grabbed his sword and got ready to strike the enemy in his sleep. He had gotten about a few inches from striking as razor sharp wires and sickles appeared around him surrounding him and shredding him to pieces the blood from his body had escaped as quickly as the wires had gotten him. He released a scream loud enough to contact both Kato and the guards as he slowly began to bleed to death. In fear of death quickly witthout escaping he puled out his sword and began to cut at the wire with success in freeing himself. The last of his strength allowing Kaisou to leave the room with a trail of blood pertruding from his body as he made it to the main hall. Kato had made it to the area his dieing brother had been.
Before he could utter more words he heard the sound of more guards coming with no time to act he fled through the stairwell leading to the roof. When he had arrived he had been confronted with a few members of the family ready to report the mission.
"Lords.....Kaisou is dead the mission has failed"
Kato spoke in a panic as he layed his brother down, the lords began to speak as well.
"Kato this was your chance to redeem the clan but you failed I wouldn't return to the clan at this case....we will return with Kaisou and report you as dead....you can live a free life from now on."
Kato hesitated at first but lifted his brother off the ground and handed him over and had dissappeared into the night with his apologies to his brother as well.
Three years have passed and only one thing has come into the mind since his brother's death a transission of power onto him. Apparently at birth Kato and Kaisou had seperate power and when one of them died the power would be transferred to the other, but even though Kato has realised this he still does not feel stronger. His thoughts are that something must have happened to his brother or he must have inherited the power on his own on the same day.
((I was making this character on another forum and I asked if I could use it))
