I will be making a BIRTHDAY poster of Ray with our messages to him on it...
so of course, i need the messagess!! =D
I`m not sure how many messages i can fit onto the poster,
but i`ll try to put as many as possible...
The length of the messages shouldn`t be too long
perhaps 1-3 sentences..(I know everyone has a lot to say...
but there wont be enough room for huge paragraphs, SORRY!)

First of all...if you want to put your message on the poster,
reply to this thread with your name and message to fung on it..
then i will put it on the poster...its as simple as that.

You know what...I just had a thought....since HoneyPot is an English forum...simiilar to an international one...most of us live overseas....
Why don't we all also include the place where we each live...
That way...when Raymond looks at the poster...or whatever we're making...he can see the different places where HIS FANS are from!

It would absolutely make him happy to see fans from different countries!

so when i'm done making the banner, maybe somebody could print it

I was thinking of those big banners....hehehe...like maybe imprinted words on a banner...on cloth i say...and then...send it to FF...and like Raymond can hang that banner on the table of presents at the birthday party...which is where everybody can see it!!! Muahahah!

i wouldnt mind painting a banner for him though ... :) and speaking of the locations thingy, i was taking maybe in the scrapbook (if we're making one) we'll put the world map there and then put arrows showing our pictures (the fans that is) and their location ! (sorta corny but it was a shot XD)

for the matter of sending it to Fung, Fox has the adress, FF one I think, so this is not a problem...
The most important problem to solve is... who is going to print the banner?

if big banner. or want HQ one, can go shop print. it wont charge much one.

but umm..i didnt exactly mean those kind of banners.
i meant photoshop banners. like the ones i usually make..

im planning to make something like this: (my friend made this)

We can tape/glue our pictures on the banner...I'm free right at this moment...so im thinking...hahahaha! I was thinking if we decide to make a big banner so FF can hang it up at the party, then we can just "make" the banner ourselves (well, one of us). Like go buy a big cloth, buy big letters and use a glue gun...umm...basically go to an arts and crafts store...and get more ideas...hahaha

Something basic like that....

Our location on the world map:
What we can do is...buy a picture of the world map...glue it on the banner...glue...our pictures onto the banner...Arrows...pointing to us...

If I were to make the banner...I was thinking of asking everyone to send a picture of themselves to me...I will save it to my camera's memory SD and go develop it...rather than printing them out on white paper...real quality picture is better! :good

Here's an example of what I've been trying to say.....lol...Please bare with my artwork...

And on the banner it would say "Happy Birthday Raymond / Fung!" (-.-...i dont know which...)

A few sentences or one sentence of the birthday wish (which is from all of us)

Somewhere on the banner...HoneyPot (logo, URL)...

by then, he has to visit HP somehow...or leave / handwritten a msg!!

If there's an agreement, I would be able to create the big banner and send it to FF and ask them to hang it up at the party.

I was thinking we CAN give Raymond multiple gifts from HoneyPot...
For an example, the big banner, another would be the scrapbook, and the other one which where babiixfelly can make.

Raymond has to remember us HIS honeys from HoneyPot!! LOL!

As for the msgs...msgs can be on the other banner (photoshopped) one.

The big banner: the purpose of it is to show Ray's fans from around the world only.

this project is not a rush is it? i mean theres still 2 more months to go ... i'll try to brainstorm somemore ideas but as for now i hav to concentrate on my studies first.

but i'd like to know .. wouldnt it be better if we could send the presents to Raymond? like straight to him instead of going through a third person?

I can start the big banner project now...because I can balance my time this semester.

yeah, then a scrapbook or another ban with our msgs...
but if there r too many msga, a banner will not be enough...weìll need a scrapbook I think...
My idea was a scrapbook with all the banners(like the ones we put in our signatures) with our wishes printed in it... each one of us could make her/his own ban and some1 print all them in a scrapbook and send it to him, together with BluMonkee world map of course!

for the scrapbook , i was thinking that u could put my photoshopped banner on it..
because i want to have a lot of messages on that photoshoped banner.
and then somebody can print it out and stick it in the scrapbook.

i could make a LOT of phtoshopped banners , each with a few messages on it. so that way we can fill out the scrapbook AND it will look really organized.

as for the world map thing, somebody can make that on the birthday banner that's gonna hung on the party.

Besides, that big banner is our advertisment for Raymond to come to HoneyPot and leave a msg here...OR at least write us a note! Just like Fox's viet site of Raymond's...He wrote them a note!

i think i mentioned before that we could have both the banner and the scrapbook made ... and personally i think the banner would be more difficult and would take a longer time, whereas the scrapbook is all about printing, cutting and pasting so that's easy.

felly ~ you dont have to worry if there's enough pages for everyone or not. if one book isnt enough i'll get two. :)
