How to make a moving glow border.

1.take your sig and go to image>image size and make it 8 or so pixels smaller. (I took mine from 400x130 to 396 and 128) and then go to image>canvas size and make it it’s original size. (or a little bigger.)

2.Then make another layer under the sig (still smaller.) and make it black, you should get something like this.

3.make a new layer between the sig layer and the backrogund layer and make a beam from one corner to the other with these settings and 100% opacity user posted image
. (you may want to change the color.)(you may also want to simply make it in a bigger picture and move it over to the smaller one.)
It should look like this.

-now move it to the upper right hand corner, and make the sig layer visible. It should look like this.

4.now press control shift m to go to image ready. Then go to the animation window and duplicate the layer. (if you don’t see the animation window go to windows>animation.)

5. now go to the second frame and move the light to the bottom right hand corner. Then select the first frame and tween them with about these settings.

6.now select the last frame with the same settings except have it tween with the first slide. Here’s what I got.
