Appearance:
Usually wears a long white lab coat that extends a few inches below her work boots and drags on the ground. The lab coat comes with golden buttons and big wide pockets in addition to a high collar. Angelica wears heavy reading glasses. Her hair is wrapped in a ponytail and hangs low.
Personality: Angelica is quite stolid, and often shows little emotion to most races she encounters, often treating them as subjects rather than people. She is often short and could be considered self-absorbed, as she is willing to manipulate others for her own personal gain.
Abilities:
Etheric binding - Angelica is capable of controlling the very flow of energy around her, redirecting it at another location or manipulating it into a different form. This is similar to space/time manipulation, but requires energy already present to be executed and is limited to a local extent. It also grants her a versatile collection of counter spells and effects.
Universal Knowledge - Angelica's vast knowledge accumulated through her existence is stored in an abstract library. At any particular time, she can access that database with her consciousness for information on a particular subject. When she encounters a new entry, she can permanently store data in the library instantaneously as she learns more about it. Due to this ability, Angelica is aware of the properties, strengths and weaknesses of almost any particular item or person.

History:
Following the Great War with the Elementals on Atlas, the Ethereal Seals were put in place to prevent any more conflict on Atlas. Consistent attempts were made to break through the gate and allow entire armies through. So far, only minimal progress has been made, allowing very few to secretly infiltrate through the gate. These spies, such as Angelica were sent through to keep tabs on the Atlasians. Angelica was tasked with studying the races on Atlas and devise ways to play on their vulnerable aspects.
Cleverly disguised as a brilliant scientist and researcher, she was hired for the empire on Atlas to explore new forms of energy technology. Currently, she works centrally in the research facilities within the empirical city, but often travels outside for research purposes. She is also the top assistant of Dr. Green, assisting him with the 'Megumi' Project, though she has plans to use it for helping her trapped Elemental brethren.
Angelica fits the lightning bruiser stereotype, possessing a good amount of property altering effects used to buff herself and destroy her enemy targets. Working as an assistant under Dr. Green, her intentions are later revealed as a double-agent to the protagonists.
