On a casual and sunny, but breezy day near the borders of the kingdom, a little moon rabbit was patroling the area like usual. She had a badge indicating that she was part of authority. She hardly looked distracted despite the fact she was playing with a yo-yo in one hand and blowing bubbles while chewing bubble gum.

"Great...now where am I?" Gamefreak said to himself as he continued onward...he was completely lost.

The moon rabbit simply walked by Gamefreak on alert, but didn't put much attention on him due to the lack of readily suspicious activity. That was until...

"Hm?" she responded.

Shiro felt a vibration in her pocket before taking out her notepad and opened it up to get the message sent through it. Inside the notepad had an image of Gamefreak along with a detailed description.

"A localized detection apparently just now..." the moon rabbit thought to herself. "Where is he?"

The moon rabbit then turned around and noticed Gamefreak fit the description perfectly.

"Ahhh, I see..."

She then spat her gum into a nearby bin and put her yo-yo away before approaching Gamefreak.

"Excuse me!" she called to the man.

"oh..um..hello?" Gamefreak said to the little rabbit.

"Hello, Officer Shiro Usagi, I'm with Psi Task Force," the little moon rabbit said as she pointed at her badge. "Please stay where you are."

Shiro then closed in on Gamefreak and stood near him just a few meters away.

"Is your name Gamefreak of Primp?"

"Yes...that is my name." Gamefreak said.

"Then I believe I need you to come with me," Shiro said as she was preparing to put her notepad away. "There are some things that need to be looked over again concerning your identity."

"..I already went through all of that...it already took awhile as is..." Gamefreak said, "I already gave you everything I have on me that's ID...or what...you plan to capture me with that yo-yo of yours and take me in?" Gamefreak chuckled a bit.

Shiro took on a rather annoyed look at the snarky comment...

"I'm afraid that we would need to look over that again to make the appropriate updates," Shiro said. "Now, I ask for your cooperation and come with me, please."

"Didn't you people already make copies of my ID that I gave you?" Gamefreak said, "...in fact, I saw you guys make copies of it when I was with Miku..." Gamefreak said and continued to walk on...

"We need to have the real entity in person to complete the updates to your identifiction," Shiro answered. "Copies only have duplica-"

Shiro then noticed Gamefreak walking off before she could finish. Before Gamefreak knew it, Shiro suddenly reappeared right in front of him in an instant without covering any space what-so-ever. It's as if she teleported.

"Did you not hear what I said?"

Shiro then held her notepad at Gamefreak, opening it to the page to show her warrant to detain him.

"...and just how do you plan on detaining me? ...that yo-yo?" Gamefreak chuckled again.

"Don't push it..."

Shiro sighed as she put her notepad away into her pocket.

"I'll inquire peacefully from you again to cooperate with me or I'll be forced to arrest you"

"...and you didn't answer my question." Gamefreak said to the bunny.

"However method is appropriate and applicable, but this only implies your intentions," Shiro answered. "Now that I've answered your question, are you going to cooperate?"

"..and spend another week under quarantine? I don't think so." Gamefreak then continued to walk on...

"Very well..." Shiro said and let out a sigh and shook her head. "I gave you fair warning."

Suddenly, a clicking sound could be heard as Shiro took out wrist locks and walked over to him as if she was preparing to arrest him.

"..hmm?"

With that clicking noise, Gamefreak looked downward to see what the little bunny has done to him.

Shiro briefly had two rings in her hand that suddenly disappeared one after another with little time in between. In that instant, Gamefreak would find that both of his wrists had those very rings around one each.

"May want to think twice about what you do and say to authority," Shiro said as she smirked and crossed her arms. "You're under arrest."

"..hmm..."

Gamefreak then ignited his body to see if he could melt off the wrist cups, or at least the chain connecting the two.

Although the rings did not have chains that linked together, Gamefreak's attempt to burn them caused them to generate a thether of psionic energy to create a link between the rings and shrunk to pull Gamefreak's arms together. They appeared to be absorbing and converting his energy without being damaged themselves.

"Not going to work," Shiro said as she was preparing to take out additional rings.

"...hmmm...well then...I'll just have to use my feet...." Gamefreak then did a downward sliding flaming kick to try and knock Shiro off her feet.

Shiro placed her attention at Gamefreak as she saw him going for a flaming slide kick towards her, bounding over him and chucking several kunai at where he was about to reach.

"What is wrong with you!?"

Her calculations were interupted in the process if such an abrupt attack.

Gamefreak canceled his slide when he saw Shiro jump upwards and dodged the kunai, and turned around to face the still airborne Shiro, and then grabbed both his hands into one fist while making an uppercut that created a sort of flame spiral in the location he uppercutted, hoping to hit Shiro with the fist and the flame spiral. While doing the move Gamefreak said "CRIMINAL UPPER~"

Being too high in the air, the double-fisted strike missed the airborne Shiro. On top of that, Gamefreak would find his fire attack severely weakened by the rings attached to his wrists. Taking this opportunity, Shiro teleported right behind Gamefreak to deliver a thrusting drop kick at him.

The drop kick hit Gamefreak and sent him crashing into the ground...

Once Shiro landed, she immediately went for the rings in her pocket...

Gamefreak rolled back up after getting knocked down, while also picking up a couple of rocks from the ground. Gamefreak then tried to charge the rocks with some of his energy and then threw them at Shiro while saying "BAD STONE~"

"... Figures, he won't stay still for this to work"

As she spoke while keeping her hand in her pocket, Shiro simply hopped to her left far enough to clear the trajectory of the rocks to dodge them. Meanwhile, Shiro teleported four kunai a distance behind Gamefreak and shot at his back while he was distracted with throwing rocks.

"...crap..." Gamefreak tried to duck to dodge the kunai, but was pinned down ducking in order to dodge them.....

As the kunai missed and continued flying passed Shiro, the moon rabbit simply swiped her hands along them to catch them.

"You won't have long at this rate, Mister Primp!" Shiro called back as she reached into her pocket again.

"...it is hard to try a successful attack when you can just teleport anywhere to make the attack safe...." Gamefreak said...

"Implying I was looking for trouble in the first place," Shiro said with a smugged look on her face, still digging in her pocket. "Stop resisting arrest already and I won't have the need to hurt you."

"...why are you digging so furiously in your pocket?" Gamefreak asked.

"Heads up!" Shiro shouted at Gamefreak.

With that, a kunai teleported right behind Gamefreak once again in attempt to fly into his back.

"..what the..." Gamefreak ducked like before to dodge the incoming kunai.

As Gamefreak was successfully distracted, Shiro threw a ring high into the air before teleporting to land sitting on top of Gamefreak.

(wait...sitting on his back, or his belly?)

"oww...hey..get off my back..." Gamefreak said, trying to get up.
