Appearance: Noa usually wears a feathered aviator jacket with a tank-top, long shoulder length brown hair with an headset, white pants and a pair of sneakers, the color of both his coat,headset and sneakers change his by his combat mode and mood appearing grey when he's calm or in neutral mode. Noa's already notable features are punctuated by by a distinct lack of pupils, far more severe slitting at his joints than the the average Koranian that exposes the inner metal plating rather than minimal joint splitting in modern Koranians.

Personality:Well aware he literally wears his emotions on his sleeve Noa is a fairly calm and apathetic kind of guy, not really caring for much outside of his immediate interests and often brushing others off if he's bored. However he usually doesn't mean ill towards others, and will usually apologize if asked to, dropping what he's doing if something requires his attention, or generally accommodating others whenever he needs to, though he intentionally represses himself as much as possible to reduce interest in his workings or his actual person due to a deep seated fear of being taken apart or being forcibly investigated by one of the more precocious organizations of the federation. However in spite of this he's fairly open and approachable and generally won't fuss about making his own intentions toward others known either, whether it's appropriate or not, and he's petty enough to return treatment to others that others have given to him if given the opportunity.

Abilities: Noa's unique abilities stem from a combination of his antiquated Koranian designs allowing for more extensive modifications as well as the sloth demon's shape shifting abilities. These abilities enabled his creators to give him a special device embedded in his left palm, the Sigma Drive, specifically designed to temporarily strip powers from a target on contact as well as empower things he touches. However thanks to said modifications Noa cannot drastically alter his form without damaging the new components potentially injuring or killing himself, and he cannot fully integrate abilities he strips on his own, needing external assistance to permanently add any components to his inner workings, as well as generally having an overall weaker structural base than the average Koranian. To compensate for this Noa uses an external energy cell which he can project his powers through to create various weapons and shields to defend himself with, using his own powers to empower it further. Though Noa would normally need to periodically endanger others and interrogate them to cause them misery, ask inane riddles or otherwise pry personal information from someone to fulfill the requirements of his demon side, he CAN choose not to, he simply enjoys it.

History: Created in a Haecian lab following extensive research on a Federation war hero, Noa's early existence was one of solitary confinement, never really seeing the outside of his cell and constantly enduring tests to see the function of how Koranian design would function without Koranian hands at the helm, as well as trying to create someone to rival of one of their greatest allies. Needless to say this work consistently left Noa a broken battered husk for his early youth, terrifying him and nearly crushing the boy mentally if not for the attempts of one of the younger professors to grant him solace, playing with him, educating him and offering stories from the outside world to keep him stimulated and give him some inkling of hope that the next day would be a better one. Years passed like this and eventually Doctor Taavi's efforts were sponsored by the Haecians, and soon enough his treatment began to mellow out as they obtained usable data until finally he was given almost free reign to the labs, though he sought access to the outside having heard so much and learned so much from his friend Doctor Taavi. After a few days of deliberation they agreed, given that even in the early days he was extremely cooperative by obtaining their last bit of data, giving him an order he couldn't possibly want to do, killing his only real friend. Horrified he tried to reason with them and even appealed to Doctor Taavi to get him to stop her from allowing the test at the cost of her own life but she wasn't opposed. She viewed her life as empty and meaningless, seeing the potential that Noa could grant others as opposed to the small kindness she granted Noa, deciding that if an exchange had to be made then she would make it to ensure he would have a happy life. Noa seeing that he couldn't talk her out with it killed her and was released to the city of purgatory, depressed and alone, slowly making a mark in society he wasn't sure he could relate to, and was just as eager to exploit him as they were to end him. Standing to prove himself he broke the Koranian tradition of using his abbreviated name as his full name, and adopting his mentor's last name he entered the arena, intent to prove himself with the one skill he knew he could capitalize on, managing to etch out a comfortable set of earnings and name for himself, which he used to make a comfortable living for himself before trying to settle into a more normal life as one of the local guard, inspired by their honesty and kindness toward him in giving a confused young man directions as he slowly began to ease into a relatively normal lifestyle and cope with others in a more reasonable way, making new friends along the way but never forgetting the girl who gave her life to grant him his own.
