*Appearance: A young looking girl with short and well-kept hair who wears an oversized purple top hat that seems to have a large mouth lined with shark-like teeth and a talisman attached to its side. Her attire consists of a purple blazer that is only buttoned at the very top, a white vest underneath, an oversized indigo bow tie and purple dress pants held up with a black belt. Her footwear consists of a pair of white socks and black dress shoes. Normally carries a cane on hand.

*Personality: Wendy is a dangerous and incredibly insane girl who opposes authority and law with delusions of being some kind of heroic freedom fighter. She takes up the belief that all governments are corrupt oppressors who need to be questioned and fought against to promote the need for civil rights. She accepts help from those who are willing to join her cause and shows hostility to those who attempt to stop her, even with intents to go as far as murder.

Wendy is known by many for being erratic and delirious to the point she'll make almost anyone uneasy around her or take her seriously. Wendy especially seems to be obsessed with tea parties and throws them a little too liberally. In fact, she fantasizes on the idea of having non-stop tea global party celebrations once she liberates the world. She's also not the most organized person, but somehow gets results every now and then.

*Abilities:
-Power to Trigger Pandemoneum: Wendy's soul, which has been tainted and corrupted by darkness, has some difficulty in power continence and seems to leak Dark energy passively. Her Dark radiation can mildly corrupt her surroundings and cause those nearby with a pure heart to become physically and spiritually ill if around her for too long. Wendy's partially uncontrolled Dark radiation leak especially corrupts fortune spirits in her general area and can cause an increase in bad luck for anyone or anything, even herself, as a result.

Despite her relatively minor power leak, Wendy has control over the majority of her massive power and uses it for her talent in the Dark Arts. She's capable of many kinds of Dark energy manipulation, mostly for spellcasting, and wields its basic corrupting attributes, especially in chaos. This alone makes her a great threat to face and deal with, warranting her presence to be a terror waiting to happen and is an incredibly powerful Magician to begin with.

*History: A long while back, a large top hat was left behind by its original owner in a forest, most likely being a lost possession and would be left there unfound for a while. Eventually, a Goddess named Vita found the hat and enchanted it to jump start its magical evolution, making occasional trips to visit the hat in her object storage. Once the hat became a Youkai, Vita left her with a wagon of necessities and stopped checking back after that so the hat can be on her own.

Starting her own life in the Kingdom of Joiland, the hat took up the name of Wendy Mercury, the last name inspired by the brand name she was manufactured from. She did not find it easy to make a living in such an oppressed land and realized everyone else in the kingdom had it hard as well. She only began to further realize that Queen Heart, the ruler of Joiland, was the one at fault for the kingdom's limited civil rights. That's when Wendy lost her tolerance and decided to take matters to her own hands.

Wendy later met a conspiracy theorist a while later who agreed with the same things Wendy believed in named Dympna while taking up the development of her own Magecraft into the Dark Arts at the time. Together, Wendy and Dympna collaborated to form their own organization with the purpose to gain followers to join their cause to try exposing conspiracies and promote anarchy called the Camellia Party. The two had very little success as they've managed to get themselves in trouble with the law more often than not, including being thrown into jail on a few occasions. It wasn't until a while later that they finally gained their first follower, a Dormouse Beast named Chloe.

With Dympna and Chloe on Wendy's side, the three decided to travel around the world to try spreading their cause and recruit more followers while using these opportunities to have tea parties at random locations. However, Wendy lost Chloe as a member after a certain near-death incident the Dormouse went through.
