*Appearance: A young girl who has shoulder length hair with uneven bangs and medium length sidelocks with a hair clip attached to the one on her respective right. Her outfit includes a white shirt under her normally opened black leather jacket as well as a tight-fitting leather pants lined with pale azure patterns. Her footwear are a pair of black combat boots. Whenever she uses her battlesuit, it is usally worn under her current attire. Her figure is fit, slim and athletic.

*Personality: Samantha is a tomboyish and somewhat old-fashioned young woman who is a resourceful individual that is confident in her own natural talents, mostly preferring to work for her achievements rather than have them come to her in order to get more use out of her talents. Being open-minded and flexible gives Samantha the advantage of being adaptable since not only does she have the survival skills to live in her extremely advanced society, but she can adjust well in low-tech environments or even the wilderness. While daring and quick-minded, Samantha isn't one who likes to rush headfirst into a situation as she would rather make preparations for better effect.

In social terms, Samantha is a well-intentioned and considerate person who overall treats others with respect unless they cross moral boundaries. However, even someone like herself has flaws when considering she can be a bit hot-headed and sensitive at times. Despite her negatives, Samantha does her best to remain cool and civil to the best of her ability along with valuing her closest ones.

Despite Samantha's preference of non-transbiology along with anti-transbiological viewpoints, Samantha has no direct prejudice towards their type and in fact is willing to get along with them as she simply wishes not to accept such conversions herself otherwise.

*Abilities:
-Marksmanship: Samantha is a master of firearms, slingshots and object throwing amongst non-powered humans, excelling best with a variety of handguns. With just about any gun can Samantha perform impressive feats such as shooting through small openings or deflect small, supersonic projectiles with her own shots and even exploit geometry to ricochet her gunshots accurately. Samantha also possesses quick drawing speed that is faster than the eye can track to those below her level, and still manage to follow up with highly accurate shots immediately.

Samantha's two primary guns are her handgun and portable, collapsible blaster cannon issued to her as fielding weapons from S.C.O.P.E. themselves.

Her handgun, called the S-Enforcer, is a bullet-based weapon that relies on electromagnetic vector field detonations to propel rounds with adjustable firepower enough to pierce dozens of meters worth of conventional solid steel like a hot knife through butter. The S-Enforcer is a semi-automatic that uses dense 45 caliber rounds, which Samantha can customize for greater versatility. Nonetheless, the S-Enforcer is a firearm in which Samantha falls back on as a secondary back-up weapon.

Her portable blaster cannon, called the S-Conquerer, is a boxy gun that resembles a somewhat bulky rifle meant for heavy-duty purposes. The blaster gun can shoot an assortment of energy blasts in short bursts, streams, expanding rays or even charged beams that can be produced through its advanced electromagnetic drive. A fully charged beam is capable of easily vaporizing conventional solid steel and even stone.

Both guns are fueled by a high-powered scalar generator and battery complete with inertia dampers.

-Physiological Mastery: As an aspect of her own pride, Samantha has seriously pushed her natural physiological and psychological potential marginally beyond the peak of non-powered humans through optimal training, exercise, diet and medicine. To complement her hard-earned fitness, Samantha is highly proficient in acrobatics and many close-quarters combat styles such as domestic practices in her society and the more exotic, archaic "magician" practices such as using pole or bladed weapons. Samantha can fully exert herself in intense physiological and psychological activity for a few hours straight.

-Battlesuit: Samantha's standard field combat suit that comes in the form of highly advanced tights and light armor designed for non-transbiological combatants such as herself, which is fueled on countless scalar nano-generators and nano-batteries. Through high-precision electromagnetic manipulation, the battlesuit increases Samantha's attributes like strength, speed, durability, stamina, reactions and physical resistances to such a drastic degree that makes her a match for even high-end cyborgs. This also augments her acrobatic, hand-to-hand, melee weapon and marksmanship skills indirectly by extension to make her even more formidable.

The battlesuit also gives Samantha access to many built-in tools to compete with the wide range of powers that transbiological people benefit and rely on along with her high-powered weapons. Samantha's battlesuit electrodynamically alters mechanics such as inertia to safely optimize her mobility, even letting Samantha stick to, anchor on and scale surfaces. The suit also offers brain commanded or AI automated defenses with EM vector shields to block or redirect attacks and EM scalar fields to absorb most forms of physical energy into her suit for fuel, extend an energy state regulating force field to ward off quantum level manipulation and emit an omnidirectional EMP that bypasses solid barriers to fry nearby electronics. The suit's gloves and boots have their own special electromagnetic devices that can emit electroshocks, resonance waves, infuse materials to reinforce their electromagnetic integrity and limited range electromagnetic attractors/repulsors for additional melee options. Lastly, the suit's nanomachines grant limited rapid repair for it and even heal superficial injuries Samantha may receive.

*History: Samantha was born into a family of non-transbiological humans that are becoming increasingly rare within the Technocracy, taking on the anti-transbiological philosophy by extension. Throughout her youth, Samantha lived in the private sector of Trinity in a massive villa her parents from their combined wealth, having a father who is the C.E.O. of an interstellar arms development corporation and mother who is an engineer for an interstellar utility robotics corporation. Samantha even became best friends with a servant android named Evie designed by her mother's corporation, who's practically like a sister to Samantha.

While still young, Samantha proved to be very athletic and intelligent as well as taking up the hobby of tossing small objects and using slingshots to practice her marksmanship, an influence inspired by her father. Her father learned of this and became proud of Samantha, deciding to take her out to his corporation's controlled testing range to allow her to receive the true experience and practice of handling the real deal, a handgun. Samantha even received an airsoft handgun as a gift from her father.

Samantha would eventually be emotionally impacted when she was 16 as she learned that her father was killed on the day of her high school graduation by what authorities reported to be a carefully planned assassination. On the same year, Samantha soon started her law school education while taking up occupations in law enforcement later during her higher education. Some years after completing law school, Samantha would become victim to a car bomb accident along with her mother, who happened to be Samantha's driver. Unfortunately, while Samantha barely survived, her mother wasn't so lucky as she had been killed in the incident. Samantha was taken in by the local hospital to be treated, undergoing depression over her parents' deaths during her stay while Evie remained at her best friend's side as company.

Samantha was released about a week later from the hospital and returned home accompanied by Evie, receiving the family inheritance left behind, and moved on to start their own life. A few months later, Samantha would receive a message for a secret invitation from an organization called S.C.O.P.E. and, after much thought, accepted a short time after. She did not inform Evie of this as she intended to keep it secret from Evie for her own good.

After having passed the several required exams and training sessions, Samantha was finally qualified to become an agent of S.C.O.P.E, starting out as a Special Agent in Intelligence Analysis and moving up later on as she continued showing excellent performance despite her inability to drive vehicles. Once she eventually reached Elite Unit Operative Agent, Samantha would receive further training as she was grouped with Cody's unit. Samantha continued her occupation as an Elite Unit Operative Agent from that point onward, further showing excellent performance.

God-like aim like that is not really impossible, just very improbable, though Samantha probably takes it over-the-top simply because she has the justification of being an upper tier normal human. =o

More or less... It's mostly superpowers through pure mechanical means rather than supernatural.

Anyway, big update that revises mostly abilities as well as history and personality to an extend. Also, made her younger as well.
