Appearance: Marrok's appearance is that of a well built if somewhat scarred wolf man, his fur pattern, grey with splotches of white at his chest, hands and one of his left eye. His expression while serious is generally His regular attire is a leather duster coat, a grey set of pants and a set of wraps for his feet and hands.

Personality: In his growing age Marrok tends to keep himself cool headed and dictates most of his action through reason, doing anything to get himself and his people a better position. His ethics, although loose, are tight enough to let him know what the limit is most of the time and he generally plays fairly when there's no reason to do anything dirty. Around friends and family he tends to be more prone to hotheadedness, and just being more receptive to strangers in general.

Likes: Spending time basking in the sun, reading, tending to his family, steak

Dislikes: Meeting with the other members of the court, his first name, vegetables

Abilities: Marrok's innate abilities as a wolf make him naturally fast strong, as well as granting him claws and enhanced senses. Because of this Marrok fights unarmed but uses a focus crystal on a pendant to allow him access to earth based spells and augment his claws with earth based attacks. However as a result of his fighting style he's relatively unarmored in most cases to keep his peak mobility. He's proficient with swords but chooses not to use them normally due to the comfort of his claws.

History: Growing up in the clan hall of his people Marrok grew up learning that politics and petty traditions had far more influence in the world than any one sword could carry on it's own, watching as each word decide the fate of others, but kept a firm heart as he proved himself as a reckless warrior with a penchant for being headstrong and impulsive. However as he soon realized the political system in his country was biased against his people, the majority of the nobles looking down on them as nothing but chattle and seeking to keep them from actually exerting any sort of power, instead using them as something like shock troops to bolster the human dominated military. Frustrated with the situation he finally accepted it and began to slowly calm down from his initial behavior instead, trying to be more level headed and negotiate to attempt to prevent any escalation of the the existing conflict, hoping to earn the respect of his providence if he could not earn the respect of his peers. Indeed, once his father died, he inherited his estate already well loved by it's people, though in some circles resented because of his earlier brashness and ambition. With time he managed to win over more than a few human knights onto his side thanks to his time alongside himself, one prominent one becoming his right hand man in most circumstances, even helping set him up with his human fiancee something unheard of at the time. Through his leadership his people were kept in a relatively safe situation in comparison to the lot of the last few generations and although his people still had some hardships, he still was happy with what he accomplished...until his son began to prod him with a little idea of his hoping to further improve the situation...

Duke is such a cute name for any canine. That should be his name.
