1. Lights out 11 pm on week days, 1 pm on weekends.
2. If you mess it, clean it.
3. No sex, drugs or alcohol.
4. Try to keep the music and televison low, respect others near you.
5. Clean up after your pets if you have one.
6. If you borrow something, please return it within a respectable amount of time so that others may enjoy using it.
7. Take turns.
8. Have fun.
