The request area has been removed yet again.

This is due to many reasons. It wasnt being used very much. It didnt bring in many members. The area was used by people that would request and leave. We also have quite a few boards and therefore removing some wasnt needed but made browsing s7 easier as theres less scrolling required and so on.

The request area may return in the future, but not for a few monthss as it has never really been a success.
