There are large windows looking out over the city and the walls keep out sound wonderfully. Filled with sleek and practical furniture, one might notice, in particular, that it is remotely bare of a television. Which is, frankly, correct. 3415, Acadia Road owned by Christian Ricardo A small townhouse, Christian has used the money left by his father to buy this homey area. Involving two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, sitting room and office, it's rather large. He payed upfront, so there's no extra charge. 37 B Street ;; App. 3 owned by Erick Klausing The appartment isn't the largest of places... If you think about it, it seems like a college kid's temporary home. Which it is. Erick doesn't have the most money--considering he walked out on his father and step-mother--so he doesn't have much more than the base necessities. 143 Notting Road, apart. 12 owned by Jessica Springs Jessica's apartment has a small garden outside the door, seeing that she's on the front ground floor facing the street. Her car is only five feet away from the front door. A welcome mat, dark teal colored door, a small mailbox next to the front door, always filled with junk mail. Inside the home it is filled with shelves, every inch covered with books. A small kitchen and dining room area, two small bed rooms, one bathroom, three closets, a den, and a living room area. 113 132nd Ave :: Apt 14 owned by Kira Lawson This small apartment is nestled on the third floor of an old building. Thankfully and old RENT CONTROLLED building. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and living room. The window seat is the most comfortable place in the apartment, by far... at least in Kira's opinion anyway. 137 Nimmo Street, Apt. 60 owned by Caleb Oldham A historic five story brick building renovated to a beautiful ten story rise. Caleb owns a loft apartment on the ninth story. As messy as it can get, the shiny hardwood and plentiful leafy plants create a nice home feeling. Bookshelves are piled with papers and the kitchen's always clean. Etiwanda St. 22863 owned by Klaudijs Teodors Using up much of the money that Klaudijs's parents were providing him, he bought a rather large townhouse. Exterior wise, there is really nothing special at all and the same goes for the interior. The place is a mess, the floors are covered and cluttered with toys, clothes, paper, anything that you could imagine. A few walls have suffered from what must have been a coloring rampage- Klaud still hasn't managed to was off the multicolored puppy dogs that magically appeared on his bedroom wall. His bedroom is a master where the only full sized bathroom can be found. It is rather plain besides, of course, the multi colored drawn puppy dogs. Next to Klaudij's bedroom is his son, Filips. Klaudijs really didn't care what the kid did to his own room or what he put into it, so as a result of this the walls are starting to become quite an art gallery. The slightly out of date kitchen may just be the cleanest room in the house, but only because neither Klaudijs nor Filips spend much of thier time in there. Then right next to the kitchen we have a living area which is by far the messiest place, many random objects can be found laying out around the floor. 115 Redmond Avenue, Apt 26 owned by Alexa Johnson & Bethany Richards Life on the top floor of apartment block 115. Two co-workers decided life alone was boring so why not sell up and buy together? And they did just that. They now own a large penthouse apartment with three bedrooms, the third is used for all their junk or just clothes they can't fit into their own wardrobes. A large kitchen, dining area which is open out onto their living room as well. Its large and spacious, it was a pretty good buy especially seeing as its only four blocks away from Kraven's. Two bathrooms, so there#s no arguments in the morning so with beautiful 'city views' its no wonder these two call this place home	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
The Cabin owned by Kaitlyn Rosary This is one of many homes owned by Kaitlyn's parents & the one she goes to when she needs to get away from the city. It's only a half-hour drive from the restaurant, but once you're there, you might as well be on a different planet. The four bedroom house isn't really a cabin, but because it's located in a forested area, it's been aptly named The Cabin. It is surrounded by dense trees (and no other houses for a mile, at least) and there is a stream that leads to a small lake that you can walk to. 3298 Hillside Avenue owned by Olivia Parker The small house has only one floor, but for Olivia and her daughter it is very spacious. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, all the essential rooms that any place would have. It has 1.5 bathrooms and two bedrooms. Her daughters room is covered in tiny little precious moments things are, though the room is cluttered with stuffed animals. Olivia's room is done in a deep red color, Crimson. 1650 Quiggley Rd, Apt 4C owned by: Clarissa Evrard Clarissa's apartment is comprised of a spacious living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom that's just big enough to house all her hair products and make up, and her fairly large bedroom. She keeps the place neat and tidy, excluding the bathroom which always has her styling supplies lying everywhere, and prides herself on the condition that it's in. The apartment building itself is in a very safe neighborhood and is close walking distance of quite a few small boutiques that Clarissa frequents, as well as her favorite salon.	0	0	-- In: ---- By:
1121 Carrigan Ave. owned by: Nicholas Sterling An eloquent home just outside of the city. Brilliant white home, dark roofing, and arch doorway. Wedge-shaped keystone details above the windows; quoins in the left and right side corners of the facade; arched and multi-paned windows; and shutters. Nicholas Sterling's home is not only delicate, but beautiful for a family, yet only he lives there. Nic's god father let him have the home so he can stay there when he comes to visit.
