-Signatures must not break the board, I.e. stretch the board so the banner doesn't fit.
-Avatars may be no larger than 100x100 pixels.
-Avatars: CAN NOT or SHOULD NOT contain mature content. if it does your account WILL BE BANNED.
-Sigs/Avatars cannot be even ONE pixel over the limits.
