Nine months later, she was in labour, but she was having trouble. It took a little over a day before she had the child. Alex had been sitting around all day, and she had gotten bored of it. Now she was outside, just wandering the streets. She smiled at every person she saw, and was careful not to bump into any one. She looked around at all the shops and other buildings that surrounded her. She thought of things she could do as she walked around, but she couldn't think of anything intresting. She continued walking, looking to see if there was any thing intresting going on around the town.

She sighed unhappily as she finally gave up her search for some thing to do. She sat on a public bench outside, and watched as the people passed her. She crossed her arms and pouted a bit, today was going to be boring. She sat on the bench and watched as a kid whined when his mother wouldn't buy him what he wanted. He screamed and cried and the poor mother looked flustered. Alex shook her head, alot of kids today were so spoiled most of the time, that they acted like that.
She tapped her foot, watching as uninteresting looking people passed by.

Finally she gave up and went back into her small house. She paced back and forth infront of the small fire place that currently had no fire going. She wasn't a very patient person, especially when it came to having nothing to do. She paced like this for another ten minutes before finally picking up one of her old books. She settled in one of her chairs and opened the book. She read until it got to dark, then she lit a fire and continued reading. When she finished the book she put it down in her lap and sighed. "Another intresting day in the life of Alex Stone." She said out loud to herself.
